Waste of Money. AVOID

This company preys on small business owners. Their advice is weak and teaches generalized principles to grow a business, but in the most inefficient ways. Teaches paid ads that will cost the business owner thousands unnecessarily. They charge you without consent once they have your card on file and won't provide a refund or respond to your request. Terrible service.

Maleke Fuentes is my account manager at Closers io. He has given me help, support, and one-on-one sales coaching. His advice pushed me forward fast and I got much better. Also, when I was feeling low and stuck, he told me not to quit and helped me see the bigger picture of the business journey. He really puts in the time for me, and it's clear he cares about how I do. I can tell he truly wants me to win, and I realy value that.

Garbage company

This is a joke, I am a contractor and I thought that they could help me as I was not getting anywhere with agents. They are supposed to coach you to create ads that work, hahaha. If you account manager ever gets back to you. These people are a fraud, if you are a coaching company or something maybe this may work, but not for a company like me. The sales person assigned to me was more interested in getting my money than hearing what I needed. If there was a zero rating I would give that to them.

$6,000 Lesson ...Don’t Fall for their lies.

Honestly, this whole experience felt like getting played. I sent them $6,000. The sales pitch was slick...made it seem like they really understood small business owners and had a game....changing system. But once the money was sent, everything shifted. You get thrown into biweekly “coaching” calls that are just someone telling you to watch long videos that offer no actual strategy or value. There’s no hands on help, no actual execution, just vague suggestions and constant rescheduling. Worse, they collect detailed info about your business under the guise of helping you, but it feels more like they’re using that intel to refine their own marketing so they can sell the same empty service to other vulnerable business owners. I didn’t do my homework, and I regret it. This isn’t a coaching program. It’s a glorified MLM play: hire top salespeople to convince you they’ll help you make millions, then push you to copy the same pitch and hire more salespeople to sell the same empty promise. It’s unethical, manipulative, and just plain wrong. It’s a system that looks legit on the outside, but once you’re in, you realize there’s no substance. Just a funnel designed to extract your money and time. Save yourself the heartache. Walk away.

Closers.io gave me a lot of help. They helped me bring on my first closer, who got up to speed fast and was hitting KPI in just a few weeks — now he’s bringing in about \$80K each month. Their hiring system works really well and seems to be something they do realy well. The coaching side goes deep. There’s useful training, Q\&A calls, and good support. My account manager, Elizabeth, has been great — always quick to answer and easy to work with. One thing that was a bit tough was setting up 1-on-1 calls sometimes, and you really need to push yourself to get the most out of it. But if you’re ready to work hard, it’s worth doing.

Terrible experiance.

Terrible experiance. They just want your cash and don’t really want to support you. I can’t see how they’re fine with charging me and not doing anything helpful. Besides the program price, I also wasted $3,000 on Facebook ads that were useless! Avoid this company! Make sure your lawyer checks all the papers!

Closers.io really helped change the way my business operates! My coach, Phil Hall, did everything he could to make sure I succeeded, even though I had no experience with high ticket sales. He seemed just as invested in my success as I was. He's also really down-to-earth. The advice I got from the team, the training, and the systems were all really useful and helped us hit our goals in the promised time. I'm glad I chose to work with them and would definitely suggest them to anyone wanting to build a high ticket sales business and grow it.

It’s hard to fail with their process, honestly, because I was just 17 and dropped out of high school when I started with STA. Cole's team was super important in helping my biz grow—not just with coaching and content, but also with the DFY closers and setters. I kept renewing because it worked so well.

We recently started working with Ammon and the team at closers.io and have been amazed by their training resources (no nonsense, lots of hours of learning, several live calls each month where you can ask questions), their real-world value (no fake stuff, they teach what they use for their own business), and the strong, smart, and helpful guidance from Ammon, Cole, Jimmy, Spencer, and so many others. These guys really know their stuff and are totally worth the investment, especially if you already have a solid business (getting great results) and happy clients to begin with.

One VERY DISAPPOINTED customer.

I was led to Closers by a business consultant. I believed the consultant and in Closers marketing and sales messaging and ended up spending $14,000 with Closers and $5000 in advertising on Meta all of which amounted to zero new clients or revenue for the company. To say that our results were underwhelming is a massive understatement. At every turn we were being pushed into more long-term commitments of payments to Closers. The predatory tactics used are not only bad business but downright awful for a small business like hours. Significant promises were made by Closers staff claiming that we would significantly increase our sales and bottom line using Closers seasoned team and teaching products if we just kept testing and paying them more exorbitant amounts of money. Nothing could have been further from the truth. We ended up with Calendly schedules full of leads that were not only un-qualified but of very low quality with none of them ever being able to be closed despite us using all the tactics taught by Closers. Closers is quick to point to all their valuable learning products and online workshops but when it came to getting some real oone-on-one help to customize our process to our business's needs it was like pulling teeth. Not only am I not satisfied with the results, but I would never recommend anyone to Closers. Tony Haddad was our sales consultant. He is an experienced salesperson who consistently pushed us to move forward with the program while always just providing the minimum amount of oversight needed to keep us engaged. His consistent attempts to lock us into long-term commitments to continue to spend thousands of dollars with Closers became quite evident after our first three-month agreement expired with zero results. Even after I terminated with Closers no one bothered to follow up or check in to see what happened or why it was such a complete and disastrous failure. Now I'm left holding 20K in CC debt and no one at Closures seems to care one bit.
