They provided a solution for our problem, and it did the job. I have to mention that their customer support is really good. I had doubts about this service because sometimes things don't go as planned. However, their cancel anytime policy is genuine, and they have real people to assist you with any problems. Today, the customer service rep Marianja was excellent and fixed my issue without any trouble.

I recently joined efax as a new client. Being in the startup phase, I needed assurance that my number would be seamlessly ported before ending my current service. Elizabeth V provided real-time assistance, confirming and conducting a test fax promptly. The service was efficient, thorough, and quickly fulfilled my request. Overall, I experienced excellent service.

The customer service at efax was spot-on. The representative grasped my request perfectly and being bilingual added to the success, making it reliable and comfortable for me to explain. I must commend her patience, and when I inquired about the possibility of refunds due to not using the fax service for nearly two years, she suggested consulting her manager or supervisor for potential solutions. I appreciate the quality customer service provided by efax.

I am being told I have to not asked

I am being told I have to not asked but told I must get a HIPAA compliant fax system upgrade from them. It only costs $499 that's double what I pay now. "Jenna Montaigue" tells me she will keep communicating with me until I do this. Total upsell and crush sales tactic. I will be looking for another company ASAP. Please beware they are no good. I will decide when and where I will upgrade Efax not by a salesperson who keeps emailing me every day! I hope this helps others become aware of the scam and crush tactics. Anything less than a stop-and-desist with an apology is not a valid reply! The representative used language that is badgering. I will continue to try to connect... I directly quote from her email below: "If I do not hear from you, I will continue to try to connect so that we can ensure that we get you successfully migrated to the proper platform for your faxing needs".
