Gelato's customer service is really good. After a problem with a print, they quickly sent the job to another print shop and the result was perfect. You only know how good a company is when something goes wrong, and Gelato did a great job. The web interface keeps getting better, and it seems like they really listen to their customers' feedback.

Even though I tried my best to sort things out with Evri without success, Gelato took over and got everything sorted. The best part is you can speak to real people. I would suggest Gelato to anyone!

But when I switched over to my phone, things got a bit trickier. It wasn't as clear when I tried editing or creating a product on mobile. Some features seemed a bit hidden, and I found myself tapping around trying to figure things out. It's not a deal-breaker, but it would be great if the mobile interface was as user-friendly as the desktop version. Overall, it's a solid experience, but there's room for improvement on the mobile side.
