    Feel a bit cheated

    Back in April, I thought I'd found the perfect gift for Mother’s Day. The site promised it would arrive in time, and I was really excited. They sent me an email on May 2 saying it had shipped, but when I checked the tracking, the shipping company said they hadn’t even received it. I had no idea it was coming from overseas, which was a big surprise. I reached out to them several times, but no one got back to me. It’s now long past Mother’s Day, and I still have nothing. I’m really disappointed and plan to report this as fraud to my bank since all I get is automated emails. Feel a bit cheated, honestly.

    Ordered a couple of signs

    Ordered a couple of signs from these guys, and it was quite a ride. Got an initial email confirming my order, but after that, radio silence. I emailed customer service 18 times, yeah, you read that right, EIGHTEEN times, just to get some info on where my stuff was. Finally got a tracking link for one sign, but it said it was shipped from California to China. The other tracking link? A warning popped up saying it wasn't safe. It took almost six weeks to finally receive the signs. They look good, but this whole experience was just way too stressful. Won’t be ordering from them again, that's for sure.

    I ordered a shirt and it turned out completely different from the proof I approved. I knew there might be some slight variations, but what I got was blurry and pixelated. It's so bad that I can't even wear it. When I reached out to customer service, they told me to return it to Singapore for a refund, even though it was shipped from Texas. The cost to ship it back is more than the shirt itself, so now I'm stuck with this useless shirt. They claim customer service is their top priority, but they don't back up their product quality. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them. Super disappointed.

    Ordered a gift in mid-November, but now it's been over a month and still no sign of it. Tracking says it's stuck in Carson "in transit" all this time. Tried getting help from support, but all they offered was a 15% discount and kept saying it’s on the way. Filed a ticket on PayPal and left a bad review on the item, which they didn’t show. Instead, they just told me a ticket was opened. They even had the nerve to email me asking for a review after 28 days. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now I feel like I've lost my money. Definitely won’t buy from them again, just want my refund.

    Ordered pajamas for my sister's birthday on 12/28/24, but here we are, nearly a month later, and nothing's arrived. Reached out to Gecko and all I got was a thank you for my patience. Asked for a discount, got ignored. Posted a review sharing my experience, and they removed it, even though they say they fight fake reviews. My review was legit and professional. No response when I asked for a refund. Pretty sure I'll have to file a claim with my credit card company. Checked their reviews (should've done this before ordering) and found lots of complaints about late orders. Avoid this company.

    I ordered a graduation banner on April 25th, hoping it'd arrive by May 17th. But, honestly, the whole experience has been a mess. Communication has been terrible, and I keep wondering if it'll even show up before graduation day. It's just frustrating because I could have gone local and had it in plenty of time.     So disappointed with my experience. I ordered a personalized wind chime for our late dog, Charlie, and the tracking info said it was delivered, but it never showed up. I tried reaching out via email (the only contact option) and they insisted it was delivered. I've never had issues with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, but this tracking number started with "YT"—no clue what delivery company that is. It's their job to deal with the shipping company they chose. Losing $40 hurts, but losing the memorial for Charlie is heartbreaking. They clearly have no plans to replace it. Really poor customer service.

    Ordered a mug from GeckoCustom over two months ago, and it never arrived. Turns out it was delivered to the wrong address because they messed up my apartment number. Both postal services confirmed this. When I reached out to GeckoCustom, they refused to refund me, even though it was their mistake. They said the only way to fix it was for me to pay more money to resend the item. Seriously? Two and a half months after buying it and still no mug.     I thought I was ahead of the game ordering a Mother's Day gift weeks early. Placed my order, felt good about it, and then just waited. Mother's Day came and went, but still no gift. I checked, and surprise, it’s still sitting in China! They never mentioned it was coming from so far. Felt like I got tricked. It’s frustrating, and now I’m left empty-handed, and my mom’s left with no gift. Not what I expected at all.     Ordered a custom shirt with a Model T pickup design, but the wooden truck bed part was missing! They reached out like they wanted to fix it, but then turned around and blamed me for not noticing in their tiny preview. Feels like they use AI for these designs and then pin the error on customers when it screws up. The shirt color is almost the same as the missing wooden bed, making it super easy to miss in a small image. Printing these designs is their main job, and not correcting the mistake is just bad business. Don’t make your customers responsible for your mess-ups!

    I ordered some Christmas gifts from this company on December 9th, trusting their promise they'd arrive before the holidays. It's now Christmas Eve, and guess what? Still no sign of my order. Super frustrating! They keep spamming me with their ads, but can't deliver the actual products. Turns out, the stuff comes from China and gets stuck in customs forever. If you want it for Christmas, you might as well order a year in advance. Such a letdown. Gecko is all talk, no action. I wish I had read more reviews before wasting my time and money.     I had the worst experience with this company. Ordered a jacket, got the wrong size. Figured it would be a simple exchange, but no. They wouldn't refund me or even exchange it without me paying more money. They kept insisting it was my mistake, even though I had proof it was theirs.     I had a frustrating experience with this company. Ordered a package to 6 West, but it got delivered to 6 somewhere else. I provided photos of my house and even sent Google Maps screenshots. Still, they haven't taken any action. They just need to contact the shipping carrier to fix it, but nothing's being done. Considering how high the shipping costs are, you'd think there'd be some insurance or guarantee. Sadly, their customer service is just terrible.     Ordered a premium tee and it was like, super tight. I checked with them and they admitted all their t-shirts run small. Asked if the regular tees were the same, and they said yes. Kinda frustrating. If they know their shirts are that small, why not just change brands? It's not like it’s a secret! Plus, the tees are really long and narrow, which is just weird.     Ordered something on 12/8, still waiting. Tracking says it's stuck in a warehouse in NYC since 12/16. Turns out, the "warehouse" is just a PO box service. Been trying to get in touch with customer service for 10 days, but no luck. This feels super shady. Finally found a number on Trustpilot, but it goes straight to voicemail, no message option. Gonna have to call my bank and report this as fraud. Not happy at all with this whole situation. Feels like I've been scammed.
