I placed an order for a cruise back on January 24th, and honestly, I'm fed up. Tried so many times to get some info about it, but not a single response. The tracking info is a joke; it doesn't update at all. Feels like I've been scammed. This has been the worst service experience ever. I just wanted to go on a nice vacation, and now I’m stuck with nothing but frustration. No one seems to care or bother to help. If you're thinking about booking here, think again.

I bought something from this company and boy, what a nightmare! I placed my order on December 7th, and as of today, it’s still stuck in China. The shipping costs were through the roof, and it feels like I’ve been waiting forever. The tracking info hasn’t updated in ages, so I have no idea when or if it’ll ever arrive. It's super frustrating, and honestly, I’m pretty disappointed. Definitely won’t be buying from them again anytime soon.

My package got los
I ordered something, but my package got lost. It took nearly 2 months and 15 emails to finally get a refund. I thought, hey, maybe it was just bad timing because of the postal strike, so I tried ordering again. Big mistake. They took my money right away, but now it's been over a week and no word from them. I'm out $200 and feeling scammed. This isn't how you treat customers. So frustrating! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I ordered something from this
I ordered something from this place, but never got it. Tried to get answers, but the owner kept giving me the runaround. The tracking info was in Chinese, I think, so I couldn't understand it at all. They claimed it was delivered to my porch, but my security cameras showed nothing. Felt like they were just stalling. Really frustrating experience. Wouldn't recommend buying from them.

I bought this product thinking
I bought this product thinking it would be great. When it didn’t work out, I tried to return it. The company promises to get back within two days after you request a return. Well, it's been over a week now, and I've reached out multiple times. No response, just silence. It's frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service. Feeling pretty let down by this whole experience.

I ordered a gift on December 5th, hoping it would arrive by Christmas. Well, it finally showed up on January 4th, way too late. Ordered a print and paid
Ordered a print and paid an extra 15 bucks for 2-day shipping, but it took 6 days to arrive. Felt like I threw that extra money down the drain. When it finally showed up, the print looked terrible, like it was done by someone who doesn't care. Just a big disappointment all around. Definitely not worth what I spent.
