It's been fine so far. EHarmony's platform is simple to use and it's a good value for the price. It's better than some other sites I've tried. The selection of matches is also better. Not eHarmony's issue, but there aren't many matches near me, and people from farther away often aren't interested due to the distance. Suzy ☺️

I canceled the Premium membership in under a day. The platform seems to have few users, leading to more distant matches. Be mindful that if you cancel within 14 days, you'll be charged £64 for the personalized profile (they claim it's a fair fee). Overall, it’s disappointing and a waste of money.

Eharmony isn't getting my messages through to the women. It feels like they're blocking them on purpose. I've been using eharmony for 2 months now and nothing has come of it. Are they just after my money and not actually trying to find me women? They need to let my messages through or they'll lose me.

eHarmony is not a good dating website

Please read this review before using eHarmony. The ‘Basic Membership’ offered will not let you reply to message or view images; this is hidden behind a very expensive pay wall. This pay wall is either a 6 or 12 month rolling contract which they will not let you leave even if you have good reasons for doing so. The filters on the website do not work. While I was using it, despite asking for matches only in Scotland, the majority were coming from England. There were many bots, all with vague profiles and copy paste dialog. Many did not respond to messages. To summarise, the website is a waste of time and money, run by people without scruples, only interested in trapping you in an expensive contract with little to no chance of making a match with somebody. Please do not use.

So, I joined eHarmony a while back, hoping for a decent dating experience, but it’s been quite a ride, and not in a good way. First off, I sent them emails about some issues, but they just seemed to vanish into thin air. There’s also a ton of fake profiles, like over a hundred, and even after reporting them, nothing changes. Most profiles have blurry or no photos, and barely any personal info, which defeats the whole purpose. Plus, getting messages ignored is more common than not. It’s like talking to a wall sometimes. I’ve even come across profiles that haven’t been active for ages. eHarmony needs to step up their game and improve verification standards, and maybe show some transparency with data usage, too. I’m really hoping they sort these out soon.

    I just got hit with

I just got hit with a huge charge of £358.80 for a 12-month renewal that I never agreed to. Seriously, I didn’t get any heads-up about the renewal, and I even sent a cancellation request the very next day, well within the cooling-off period. But nope, eHarmony wasn't having it. They threw some internal policy excuse at me and completely ignored the fact that UK laws require clear consent and renewal notices. Their responses were just copy-paste jobs, not even acknowledging my actual concerns. It's like talking to a brick wall. I've had to dispute the charge with my bank and even reported it to consumer authorities. This whole mess feels like a big disrespect. We should get clarity, not sneaky renewals and automated replies.

    I've been on this site

I've been on this site for a couple of days and already decided to cancel my annual renewal. The platform itself works okay, but if you're hoping to connect with someone nearby, you might end up frustrated. Searching within 50km of my location brought up just a few profiles, and most didn't really catch my interest. Many seemed a bit outdated in style. I initially signed up because of a discount, but honestly, the selection was underwhelming. If you're thinking about subscribing, I'd suggest looking at competitors. I'm actually on another site as a free member, and I'm planning to subscribe there soon. The options are much better, and I can actually see the photos. Eharmony, you need to step up your game.

    I had a pretty rough

I had a pretty rough experience with this company. At first, things seemed fine, but then stuff started to feel off. It’s like they’re doing shady things behind the scenes, and it doesn't sit right with me. I’ve heard stories from other customers who feel the same way, and it’s frustrating that they’re getting away with it. It’s not just minor issues; it feels like they’re outright scamming people. Honestly, it seems like something needs to be done, maybe even taking legal action like what happened in Australia. When you're dealing with a company that seems to have no accountability, it makes you question how they’re still operating. It's time they face some real consequences for their actions.

Trying out Eharmony was a bit of a letdown. I was looking forward to meeting new people, but the search criteria didn’t seem to work at all, which was frustrating. Compared to AFFinders.com, where I actually got to meet people without jumping through hoops, Eharmony felt like a waste of time. Being a free member there is almost pointless since you can barely see anything beyond blurry photos. I suspect many of the profiles are inactive too, which doesn't help. And don't get me started on canceling the subscription – it’s unnecessarily complicated and feels like they’re just trying to squeeze more money out of you. Overall, not the best experience for someone looking to actually connect.

    It's a real hassle

So picture this: you're browsing around, thinking eHarmony might be your next go-to for meeting someone special. You've had decent times on other sites like AMFling.com, so why not give it a shot, right? But then, bam! You find out they've set up this sneaky monthly auto-pay without even giving you a heads up. You're just cruising along, and suddenly, they have your bank info, and you're locked into this thing. It's a bit of a shocker, especially when you're expecting something straightforward. If you're already caught up in it, be prepared to jump through hoops to cancel. Your best bet? Head to your bank and cancel your card to stop this mess. It's a real hassle, so just be cautious!

    So rough experience

I had a rough experience with this company, and it's honestly something I wouldn't wish on anyone. I used their service briefly, just about 3 hours, and decided it wasn't for me, so I deleted it. But then, out of nowhere, they're demanding payment and even threatening me with debt recovery. It's really frustrating, especially since I have disabilities and visual impairments, and they still insist I'm responsible for the charges. It's like they target vulnerable people on purpose, trying to squeeze money out of them. I really hope someone takes legal action against them because their tactics are just plain wrong. It feels like they care more about money than treating people fairly.

When I tried Eharmony, it felt like a total waste of time. My search criteria seemed completely ignored, and I barely got any relevant matches. As a free member, I couldn't do much except squint at blurry photos. I suspect many of the profiles they show are just outdated and inactive. It was a stark contrast to my experience on AFElit.com, where I actually started meeting people with minimal effort. And don’t get me started on Eharmony's cancellation process. It's unnecessarily complicated and feels like they’re trying to squeeze every last cent out of you. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for genuine connections.

Hey folks, let me share my journey with eHarmony. It's been quite a ride since I signed up in Feb 2025. First off, getting any response from their support? Practically impossible. I've shot countless emails, and all I hear back is crickets. The site is swarming with fake profiles—over 100, no joke. And don't even get me started on the lack of real photos and info on profiles; it’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Plus, I keep getting matches that don't align with my preferences, which is really frustrating. I also noticed inactive profiles sticking around forever, which clutters the experience. It's been a bit of a letdown, honestly. Hope they step up their game soon!

I signed up for a premium service hoping for genuine connections, but instead, I found myself dealing with loads of fake profiles. It was frustrating, so I chose to cancel my subscription. However, they still charged me £65, and now I'm having to sort it out through my credit card company. Honestly, it's disappointing that they don’t put effort into filtering out these fake accounts. A simple mobile verification could fix this. Paying £65 for a personality profile that’s only useful if you stay a premium member feels unfair. It makes me question the company's priorities. If you're considering this service, think twice. It's not worth the hassle and the questionable ethics.

I tried to cancel within the 14-day period, but it felt like they were just trying to squeeze money out of me. I sent an email to cancel right away, but they went ahead and charged me anyway without even bothering to confirm or offer any other options. When I reached out with my concerns about fake profiles and other issues, the responses I got were just random and didn't help at all. It's like they're not even listening. I signed up for this

I signed up for this dating service thinking it would be a fun experience, but it turned into a headache. I decided to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, thinking it would be hassle-free. But guess what? They charged me anyway. I double-checked, thinking maybe I missed something, but nope, it was clear as day that I canceled on time. It's frustrating when companies play these games. And the dating platform itself? Not worth the trouble. Profiles seemed outdated, and the matches were far from what I expected. It's like they’re more interested in grabbing your money than providing a decent service. Someone really needs to hold them accountable for this.

So, you dive into this dating scene called Eharmony, thinking you've scored with a 40% discount. But surprise! It feels like a family reunion with a lineup of profiles that could pass as your mom's friends. And if you're into getting blocked two days in with zero explanation, this is the place! Try reaching out to their customer service, and it’s like shouting into the void. You'll craft polite messages, explaining your woes, but it’s like they’ve mastered the art of ignoring. Maybe that's why the site feels deserted. If you're looking for an adventure filled with confusion and frustration, Eharmony's your spot. Just a heads up—dive in at your own risk!

You know, I tried eHarmony thinking it’d be a great way to meet someone special. But, boy, was I wrong. The site’s design feels like something from the '80s, seriously outdated and not user-friendly at all. And finding matches? Practically impossible, even with every filter turned on. I decided to cancel, thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal, but then they hit me with a £65 charge. Can you believe that? And they called it "a gesture of goodwill." Just feels like a sneaky way to make money if you ask me. The cancellation policy is buried deep in the terms and conditions, which isn’t cool. Honestly, I’d say steer clear of eHarmony. I tried eHarmony for just a few days while in the UK, and it turned into a bit of a mess. Somehow, I ended up stuck in a 12-month payment plan that I never wanted. When I reached out to their customer service to sort it out, it felt like talking to a wall. They kept giving me the same robotic replies and wouldn’t budge on cancelling the payments. Even after explaining that I’ve moved out of the UK and won’t be using the service, they still charged me. It all feels pretty sneaky and frustrating. So, let me tell you about my frustrating experience with this dating app. I thought I'd give it a shot and see what premium features offered. Before I knew it, I was locked into a two-year premium plan without realizing it. The app mentioned a 14-day cooling-off period, but apparently, by exploring the premium option, I unknowingly waived that right. Now I'm stuck paying 30 bucks a month for matches that aren't even local. I'm on the Irish site, yet all my matches are from the US. It's been a total letdown, and I really wish I had read the reviews before jumping in. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app entirely.

Using eharmony was such a letdown. I thought I’d find some connections, but crickets. I messaged quite a few people and got absolutely nothing back. I figured not everyone would reply, but zero? That stung. Tried getting in touch with their customer service, hoping for some help, but all I got were these canned AI responses that didn't help at all. I decided to give this dating site a shot, hoping to find some matches nearby in Scotland. Sadly, there aren't many options, and the few profiles I found seemed fake or non-members. I did snag a 60% discount, which was a relief, but even then, it feels overpriced. Unless you're interested in meeting someone from across the pond in the States or Ireland, it might not be worth the investment. If you do decide to try it out, be careful with the auto-renewal feature. The minimum subscription is six months, and for me, that was about 11 quid. Overall, not quite the experience I was hoping for.

Overall, my experience was quite disappointing, and I regret signing up. When you join, they provide an excessive amount of terms and conditions that are unclear. Hidden within them is a clause stating that completing the personal profile incurs an additional fee. I canceled within the 14-day cooling-off period, but they still charged me £64.00 for the profile. If you don’t pay within 14 days, they pass it to a debt collection agency that adds extra costs. I strongly recommend avoiding this site—it's a huge scam, only focused on taking your money.

After spending a few weeks on the site, I think I might've found the one. The match software they use is pretty amazing, and it's like it just knew what I needed. We clicked instantly and discovered we share the same goals and dreams. It feels like everything just fell into place effortlessly. I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but eHarmony really came through in helping me find someone who truly gets me. It's kind of surreal how well we fit together, and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. Huge thanks to eHarmony for being the bridge to my new relationship.
