Overall, my experience was quite disappointing
by Paul R

Overall, my experience was quite disappointing, and I regret signing up. When you join, they provide an excessive amount of terms and conditions that are unclear. Hidden within them is a clause stating that completing the personal profile incurs an additional fee. I canceled within the 14-day cooling-off period, but they still charged me £64.00 for the profile. If you don’t pay within 14 days, they pass it to a debt collection agency that adds extra costs. I strongly recommend avoiding this site—it's a huge scam, only focused on taking your money.

Complete rubbish!
by Adam

Complete rubbish! Loads of fake accounts here and the likes you get, the women haven't even checked your profile! You get a few replies, but when you answer, they don't even read your messages! Surely someone would be curious enough to read your reply! I'm not a model but not hideous either, but no one is interested, just the site's staff playing games, total waste of cash and bag of junk, steer clear!!

Eharmony isn't getting my messages through to the women.
by Eliatamby

Eharmony isn't getting my messages through to the women. It feels like they're blocking them on purpose. I've been using eharmony for 2 months now and nothing has come of it. Are they just after my money and not actually trying to find me women? They need to let my messages through or they'll lose me.

I canceled the Premium membership in under a day.
by Fargo

I canceled the Premium membership in under a day. The platform seems to have few users, leading to more distant matches. Be mindful that if you cancel within 14 days, you'll be charged £64 for the personalized profile (they claim it's a fair fee). Overall, it’s disappointing and a waste of money.

Didn't use the app, went to eharmony.co.uk website, couldn't upload photos. It said they're in review in a box below. Anybody else face this issue?
