My first item didn’t work so I emailed them about it and they sent me a replacement quickly. The new one works great🤪🤪. Thank you. I’ve never tried toys before but my man seems to enjoy it.

Refund

My order was not delivered on time as promised. I spoke with Sydney and was promptly issued a refund for my shipping which I chose for a store credit... thank you very much.

Helpful customer service

My item did not charge after it had no charge. I conracted Eden and Anna was able to help me determine it was defective and sent out a replacement. I will shop here again!
