I purchased an item that I didn’t really end up liking it at all. It didn’t really work as expected. I contacted customer service got a super fast response and they told me to pick something else in that price range, one of the easiest and best companies as far as customer service. I have experienced in quite a while.

my first order got lost in the mail wilderness. But hey, big shoutout to Carmen, who turned the frown upside down by swiftly fixing things up and sending a fresh package my way. Now, I'm back on the excitement train, eagerly waiting for my goodies. Here's to hoping this time around, the mail gods are on my side!

The toys I buy are always really nice!

The toys I buy are always really nice! They come in mostly discreet packaging. The last order had a small toy missing and when I contacted them it was backordered so they gave me a credit real fast! I look forward to ordering more and am thankful for the enjoyment I achieve while playing with the toys!

I received a defective product

I received a defective product, but the staff assured me a replacement or a refund promptly. While I'm still waiting for the resolution, the staff has been very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I'm confident they are addressing the issue, and I'll provide an update once the matter is resolved.

Cost comparison in this market!!!

True fan of eden been shopping for a few years! Orders are as quick as usps will deliver. Always discreetly packaged! Quality is on par as price but its a game you play regardless!!! Don’t forget the gifts and perks. Stop wasting time and energy on nothing and fill up the secret box/drawer!!

I contacted Edenfantasy's customer service by email, to get some information about one of their product parts. The individual who responded gave me the info I needed promptly, and more than that, they wrote the most charming and intoxicating emails I've ever received from customer service.

As a new customer, I had a problem

As a new customer, I had a problem with my phone having my old address. Hailey promptly assisted in fixing it, saving me from a 2-hour round trip to collect my order. I’m pleased and relieved that the delivery is set for a week from now, right in time for my wedding anniversary as well.

I have ordered a few times from EdenFantasy. And always the service is polite and professional. I always prefer to order over the phone, and I feel more comfortable talking to a lady rep. Today was Sydney, and I thank her service very much. ❤️ And of course the toys are great!!

Best shop for the sensitive product

I was please with my first experience of buying toys from EdenFantasys. When my order needed some change I called the service and they corrected it immediately plus suggested a missing item which they gifted me free because it was my first purchase. Nice.

This year has been particularly weird and so I didn't realize initially with my purchase that I didnt get a charging cord. Anna helped me through chat and was wonderful, so helpful. The toys I got were great.
