I was disappointed when I received a toy that wouldn't work after putting in new batteries and trying to twist the cap in different ways. Wen I compared it to another toy, I realized that it was missing a connector. I was pleased with the Customer Service Rep when I called and explained the problem - they are sending me a replacement and I am very happy with their service.

I have to say that I am a frequent buyer. A lot of the items you can get other places. But you will not get the same price or the customer service that you get here. A big shout out to Rose the customer rep who answered all my questions and made me feel like her most important customer.

They were good at tracking my order, but it took too long to arrive. DHL seems to pass their deliveries to USPS, which is likely the reason for the delay. I recommend using only USPS or another option.

This company's customer service agents go to extreme lengths to avoid customers speaking to a manager. When I had an issue with my product, I asked two different agents and each time, they told me that the manager was unavailable. It felt like asking to speak to a manager was a major offense and they gave out an attitude. Beware of this before contacting them.

I've been shopping with EdenFantasys for a while now, and honestly, they've always been great. This time, I ordered a gift for Christmas. Wrapped it up and everything. When my husband opened it, we tried to charge it, but it just wouldn't work. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me super fast. They suggested a few things to try, but still no luck. So, they immediately sent a replacement! I'm still waiting for it to arrive, but their quick response and helpfulness, especially Ivy, were impressive. Definitely recommend giving them a try!
