    Ordered this beautiful Dracaena, complete with a stand, and was pretty anxious about it coming through the mail. When it arrived, the box looked a bit rough. But the UPS guy was super nice, waiting patiently while I checked the contents. Thankfully, the plant was packed so well it came out looking just fine. Had a couple of questions, so I reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond and even offered a little something extra for my troubles. Really turned things around from just okay to fantastic. The Dracaena looks perfect in its new spot! Big thanks to the EasyPlant team—definitely planning to shop with them again!

    Just got three plants for my new place, two big ones and a medium, and wow, they totally liven up the space. Had a hiccup with the medium one—its leaves started yellowing 'cause I put it in direct sunlight by mistake. Luckily, each plant came with detailed care instructions. When I noticed the yellowing, I reached out to customer service late in the evening, just to ask for advice.
