    I ordered a ZZ plant,

    I ordered a ZZ plant, and the delivery got delayed because of weather, which makes sense. But, I didn't get any updates for about two weeks. Suddenly, I received a message saying it would arrive the next day, but I wasn't home! I reached out to support to see if we could push the delivery back. They said the notification was wrong and the order hadn't shipped yet. I sent them a screenshot of the delivery notice and asked if the plant would survive five days on the porch if it did arrive. They said no, which I figured, and suggested canceling the order. I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience, but at least I have a reason to visit a local nursery now. Better communication would've made it a 3-star experience.

    I really enjoy browsing their website and the support team is super helpful, but the actual plants left me a bit disappointed. I ordered three plants, and the two parlor palms, one medium and one large, looked quite different from the pictures online. The photos showed lush, dense palms, but what arrived was much smaller and less full than expected. The plants technically fit the size range advertised, but the visuals on the site made me think they'd be bigger and bushier. It’s like the pictures are playing tricks on you. I wish I could share pictures here to show the difference. Overall, great service but the plant sizes are a bit misleading.

    When the plants arrived, they were in great condition, all healthy and packed really well. No damage or mess in the box, which was a relief. But here's the thing: they looked nothing like what I saw online. The leaves were different shapes and colors, almost like they were from a different species altogether. I get that plants can vary, but this was way off from what was promised. It's frustrating to buy three plants expecting one thing and getting something completely different. Overall, while I’m happy with their condition, I'm pretty let down by how they actually look compared to the pictures.

    Ugh. What a waste of my money.

    Arrived on death’s door and looks more horrid after a month of careful care. Not even sure all of the fronds were rooted. Some just seemed to be stuck in dirt. I will never buy from them again. I gave it one extra star for the planter though, because when this sucker finally kicks for good I’ll use it for another one.

I reached out to Easyplant, hoping for some help. Instead, I got a response saying that some plants are sensitive to environmental changes and shipping stress, even in ideal conditions. If they know orchids are this fragile, why market them as easy for beginners? Their response felt like they were just deflecting. They offered a replacement, but I wasn’t convinced. The plant was near the end of its bloom cycle when it arrived, so I didn’t even get to enjoy it. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything delicate from Easyplant. Stick to hardy plants, or you might end up with a sad pot of leaves and unsatisfying customer service.

    I thought a snake plant would be perfect for my son, a student unlikely to remember watering. Now I'm left with just one, and I'm really hoping it pulls through. It’s kind of disappointing, especially when you think you’re doing everything right.     Lousy money tree
