    I decided to get a

I decided to get a fiddle leaf plant from this place and honestly, it was a great choice. When it arrived, it was in perfect shape and looked stunning. It really added a nice touch to my living room. The tips they provided on where to place it for the best light, how to water it, and giving it time to adjust were super helpful. I'm really hoping that this plant thrives and we have a long journey together.

    I ordered some plants, and

I ordered some plants, and they arrived in great shape. They were packed really well, super secure for the trip. The plants themselves look beautiful, just like the pictures. One of them seemed a bit cold and had a few dead leaves, but it's nothing we can't fix with a little care. Overall, really happy with the order. I'm already planning on getting more plants from them soon.

    The other day I was

The other day I was chilling on the couch, watching TV, when out of nowhere, this loud bang scared the heck out of me. Turns out, the new gray plastic pot for my Philodendron had cracked. Water started leaking everywhere, soaking my hardwood floor. I’ve bought like 20 plants from Easy Plant, so now I'm kind of worried. If this happens while I’m out, it could totally ruin the floor. And then, on Jan 26, the pot cracked even more, leaving a huge 3-inch gap. Clearly, there's something wrong with how these pots are made. Easy Plant’s customer service is awesome—they're replacing it, but I'm not sure that's gonna fix the bigger issue.

    A bit disappointing

I recently bought three plants for a total of $360, and while I was excited about them, only two showed up today. The money tree, though, looked pretty beat up—kind of sad and droopy, with some stems looking clipped. I reached out to customer service, and they were super quick to help out by sending replacements, which was a relief. I'm crossing my fingers that the big plant I ordered arrives in better shape than the money tree did. Overall, the customer service was great, but I'm hoping the quality of the plants improves. It's a bit disappointing when you spend a good amount and things don’t arrive as expected.

    I recently bought about 13

I recently bought about 13 plants from this place, and overall, I'm pretty happy. The customer service was friendly, and the plants themselves are thriving. However, I'm disappointed with the pots, especially for the larger plants. Four of my big plants came loose inside their pots and now lean awkwardly. I had to repot them, which kind of defeats the purpose of buying them potted in the first place. The smaller plants are doing fine, but the more expensive, larger ones are the issue. It's a bit frustrating since I expected better quality for the price.

I ordered a plant as a gift, but things didn't go as planned. The leaves were covered in spots and had holes, clearly some kind of disease. Plus, some branches were broken when it arrived. I really can't give this to someone. Just frustrated and disappointed with this order.

    I’ve had a mixed experience

I’ve had a mixed experience with these self-watering plants. Customer service is fantastic, but the plants themselves, not so much. After two years, I had to repot two medium-sized ones, and my large bird of paradise is struggling. The water reservoir isn’t working right, and the plant keeps leaning despite my efforts. It’s also not growing from the roots, just the middle, which makes me think it needs a bigger pot. Problem is, it’s tall and heavy, and I might be moving soon. Honestly, I’d suggest getting a regular plant and a moisture meter. Easier to manage and probably less hassle in the long run.

    I had this nifty automatic

I had this nifty automatic watering gadget for my plants, and initially, it seemed like a lifesaver. My plants were thriving, and I thought I'd finally nailed this whole plant care thing. But then, out of nowhere, it went haywire. My poor plant got drenched, and soon enough, its leaves were dropping like flies. Now I'm left with a sad, moldy pot. When I reached out to customer service, hoping they'd make things right, they just threw a 20% discount on a new plant at me. Honestly, that didn’t cut it. It feels like they missed the whole point. I'm feeling pretty bummed about it all.

    I ordered a Holiday Cactus

I ordered a Holiday Cactus and was excited, but when it showed up, it was a mess. The stems were broken, browning, and the roots were sticking out of the soil. They did send me a replacement, but honestly, the new one looked worse than the first. For the price I paid, I was expecting a healthy plant, not this. Makes me wonder if they should even be selling this type of plant. On the bright side, customer service was amazing, totally 5 stars for them. But the plant itself? Zero stars. Really disappointed with the quality of the plants they’re shipping out.

    I got a plant

I got a plant that looked quite different from the website picture. The one I received was much younger, not as lush as I imagined. It’s holding up well so far, but it's clearly a slow grower. I’m hoping it’ll eventually resemble the full, beautiful plant I saw online, but that might take some years. It's a bit of a waiting game, watching it grow bit by bit. I guess patience is key with these kinds of plants. Still, I'm excited to see how it develops over time. Even though it’s not quite what I expected, it’s still a nice little addition to my home.

    I thought these plants would

I thought these plants would be amazing, but it’s been a rough ride. Their customer service is okay, I'll give them that. But, they keep sending me plants that are just... not alive. Got a three-pack as a gift, and one was in bad shape. They replaced it, but the new one was even worse. Reached out again, and they gave me credit for another plant. Decided to go for a cactus, thinking it’s a safe bet. Nope, it arrived wilted and cut up. Now I'm waiting to hear back from them again. These plants cost a lot, so I feel stuck having to complain.

    Bought an Easyplant a couple

Bought an Easyplant a couple of years ago. I followed all the care instructions, refilled the reservoir monthly like they said. Everything seemed fine until a couple of months back when it started losing leaves. By this month, it was totally bare. One stem died and had this strong ammonia-like smell. I got curious and removed the soil, and guess what? The irrigation system is not what they said. No advanced self-watering tech here, just a string glued to the bottom, covered by a plastic straw. Water stagnated, roots grew into the reservoir, and bam—chemical reaction. My plant is almost dead now. Feeling pretty misled by Easyplant's description. They need to be more transparent and fix their design.

    I ordered from Easy Plant

I ordered from Easy Plant thinking it would be the perfect Mother's Day gift. I put my order in on May 4th, giving them plenty of time, right? Well, I had to reach out to check on my order because it wasn't showing up. Turns out, they had sold out my item and didn’t even notify me. Found out only through chatting with customer service about my other orders. They just canceled it during the chat and tossed a "sorry" my way. No compensation, nothing. Super unprofessional, especially for a special occasion. I won't be ordering from them again, and I'd advise anyone else to be cautious if you're planning something important. Just keep your expectations low with them.

    So, I decided to try

So, I decided to try Easyplant for the first time and ordered an Anthurium Red for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. It arrived a week early, but since then, she’s been struggling to keep it alive. I kept Easyplant updated on how bad the plant looked when it arrived, and they gave me a small 10% credit, which is about $6. I really thought the plant would be a lovely gift, not a source of stress for her. I even told her to grab it as soon as it was delivered so it wouldn't just sit outside. Watching her try to nurse this poor plant back to life is not what I had in mind for her. Really disappointing experience, and I won't be ordering from them again.

    I ordered a Norfolk pine,

I ordered a Norfolk pine, but what arrived was a disappointment. The plant was bushy, top-heavy, and leaning, barely resembling the advertised Norfolk pine. I asked for a refund since it didn't match the description, but they only refunded me $35 on a $180 order, claiming it was "healthy" and the leaning was due to it being in the box for three days. I knew it was because it wasn't rotated in the greenhouse, making it heavy on one side. After persistent complaints, they refunded another $35, so $70 total. The plant is so unstable it needs to be thrown away. I also sent one as a gift and dread it might look just as bad. I won't be shopping here again.

    I decided to try out

I decided to try out this plant company everyone’s talking about, but it didn’t quite go as planned. I ordered a ficus, and when it showed up, it was in rough shape—covered in scale and with some brown spots. Not what you expect when you're dropping over $200, right? Customer service did send out a replacement, which was nice, but the initial plant sat by my other plants for almost a day. Now I’m worried about the bugs spreading. And the customer service replies? Some felt like they were written by a bot—not super helpful. They did send another plant, but the experience left me unsure if I'd order from them again. Feeling a bit let down.

    Terrible shape

I ordered a plant online, hoping to add a bit of green to my space, but what arrived was a far cry from the lush, healthy plant in the photos. It was in terrible shape, with broken branches and leaves that looked like they'd seen better days. I reached out to customer service, thinking they’d help out, but all they offered was a measly $20 refund. Not exactly what I had in mind. This whole experience makes me think twice about ordering plants online. It's just not worth the hassle when they show up looking like that. Next time, I'm heading to my local flower shop where I can see what I’m getting and support local business.

    Scam!

I bought some plants online, thinking it'd be super convenient, but wow, was I wrong! The packaging was nice and all, but the price was just outrageous. I mean, seriously, I paid about five times more than what I'd spend at my local plant shop. I went there later and couldn't help but feel a bit foolish. I guess I was just too lazy to make the trip initially. Also, when they sent me a review request, it was kind of sneaky. They only let you give feedback if you pick 5 stars. Seems a bit dishonest, right? Maybe someone should look into that. Anyway, lesson learned—next time, I'm sticking to my local shop!

    I've had this plant for

I've had this plant for about six months now, and it started off beautifully, like a dream. But fast forward, and things have taken a turn for the worse. The plant's roots are now rotting, and there’s this mold or fungus growing. It's frustrating because I thought I was doing everything right. The only thing I didn’t have to worry about was the potting; that part was simple. But overall, it feels like the plant's just given up. I wouldn’t suggest anyone else go through this disappointment. It's like, what's the point if it doesn’t even last? I really wanted to love it, but it just didn’t work out.

    Just got my "huge" plant

Just got my "huge" plant, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. They said it would be between 40 and 60 inches, but mine was just 42 inches, including the pot! I reached out to customer support, hoping for a solution. They offered me a 20% discount and a coupon for another plant. But I don't need another one; I just want what was promised. Oh, and the packaging was overkill—the box was twice the plant's size. It's like they’re more focused on selling more plants than delivering on their promises. Feeling kind of disappointed and wish they'd get it right next time.

Not the experience I was hoping for

I recently got this repotting kit for my fiddle leaf fig, thinking it would make things easier. The plant's almost three years old, and I wanted to give it a good home. But man, what a letdown. The soil was bone-dry, and my poor plant looked like it was begging for water. It was like I paid $86.39 just for a fancy pot and some unusable dirt. I ended up having to repot it again the usual way, just hoping it pulls through. Definitely not what I expected, and now I'm just crossing my fingers that my little green buddy makes it. Not the experience I was hoping for.

    Really disappointed

I ordered a plant for my daughter's birthday, but it was a disaster from the start. When she opened the box, the plant just fell apart. She tried fixing it, but it never really got better. I reached out to easyplant right away, sent them a picture, but never got any response. Their customer service was terrible, basically non-existent. I won't be buying from them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away. The plant was in bad shape and the support was even worse. Really disappointed with the whole experience.

    A month ago, I bought

A month ago, I bought two plants from your shop, all excited to add some greenery to my place. But guess what? Both plants came with these annoying sciarid flies. Now these little pests are all over my house! It's such a bummer. I never thought I'd have to deal with an insect invasion from buying plants. I really think customers should get a heads-up about this kind of thing, you know? Maybe some tips on how to handle it or prevent it would be super helpful. Anyway, not happy about it.

Not happy with their service at all

I bought two plants from this place, spent $360 thinking they'd last. Well, after a year and some months, they both died. I remembered they guaranteed the plants would last, so I reached out to them. They basically told me tough luck and gave me some tips on how to reuse the pots. Seriously? I just wanted them to make it right, maybe replace the plants or something. Instead, I got instructions on pot recycling. Not happy with their service at all.
