Early days but have just listed my house with help from the Skipton team who have been very good so far. Joe was useful in checking the property and Gemma quick in preparing it for market. Both are friendly and answer my questions, and easy to reach by phone when needed. For light sleepers note there is a nightclub behind the flat but they do control the noise quite well. Still, I sometimes heard people chatting outside late at night.

From the first valuation with Joe, which was very useful and clear, we were then passed to Gemma who did an amazing job organizing and sending the sales material with Katie for our house sale.
