At first, I thought the product was too diluted

At first, I thought the product was too diluted (not real water, just not the right amount) by adding the B12. I was getting my injections from a local clinic, and it seemed like I lost some pounds and inches, but then I hit a plateau, and increasing the dose didn’t help. Their prices were much higher, so I stopped. In 2 months, I gained the weight back. After some research, I found this one with better reviews. I picked up where I left off with the same dosage. The doctor called and explained everything clearly. What I like about this one is the weight comes off more naturally. Now, I feel better about myself. He also explained what to do once I reach my target weight. The other clinics only care about the money and didn't explain things like this company. I'm almost 55 and a woman, so I know how hard it is to lose weight at my age. Diets don’t work, exercise doesn’t work, but this does. I weighed 230, now I’m at 198, and I’ve been with them for 3 months. Just stick to their dosage plan. If you’re looking to invest in a healthier you, you can’t go wrong with this company. I'm loving myself more and more each day. It's worth it.

Many of these 1 star reviews need to be removed. If these people just looked at the order info, it CLEARLY says prescriptions take 5-7 business days to be ready. Mine took 6 days exactly and I didn’t leave a bad review because I READ and knew what was coming. The day after, my cold meds arrived at my door. JUST LIKE IT SAID. Tired of people not paying attention. This company is doing exactly what they say and you’re too careless to read and hurt their reputation unfairly.

The only way to contact them is through email and it always takes at least a few days for them to get back to you. The price that is offered is very misleading. It’s always more than what they tell you. Customer service was horrible.

I accidentally order from them and cancelled less than 1 hour later. They refuse to refund my full amount and charged me $99.00 for a fee to the physician that approved me days later. I do not recommmend the company CituzenMeds.
