    Legit kit, crisp delivery

Makita batteries were sealed, fresh date codes, and the box arrived spotless. Felt confident unboxing and straight up ready to work.

    Next-day saw and blades

Ordered a Bosch circular saw and a bundle of blades mid-morning. Dispatch email came an hour later, parcel landed next day in Ayrshire. Prices beat my local. I emailed a size question and got a helpful reply by afternoon. Easy experience.

    Don't expect a full refund

Seller took excessive amount from my refund money so was left out of pocket by nearly £15 for a £50 item. You would do better using one of the more reputable tool shops rather than this bunch, unless you like throwing money away.

I have always been happy with Campbell Miller after several orders. Their team knows a lot and seems to have all the items in stock. They always provide great service.

    Stock levels wrong!

What an awful online shopping experience. The stock displayed on the website doesn't bear any relation to the stock in the warehouse. As a result you end up sitting at home day after day waiting for you order, that you paid next day delivery for, to turn up - only to be told they don't have stock and just couldn't be bothered to let you know. Empty promises never fulfilled. Avoid like the plague, anyone can offer discounted prices if they have no intention of sending the order. TLDR: Incompetent tin pot outfit - Gives independent retailers a bad name!

Campbell Miller Tools met my needs quickly

Campbell Miller Tools met my needs quickly, and their prices are very fair. I paid for next day delivery, and it was still less costly than other places with shipping. Thanks. I’m a very satified customer.

    easy-to-use platform

The company provides speedy service, easy-to-use platform, and the boots are truly remarkable. As someone who works outdoors, these boots make a significant difference. They're definitely worth the investment, especially during the chilly UK weather, ensuring no cold feet on site.
