I recently had an experience with Budget that left me quite frustrated. I reserved a car for November 16, 2024, but realized I didn't need it shortly after. I canceled the reservation within 30 minutes, yet they still charged me $50. Seems pretty unfair, right? I've rented from Avis and Hertz before, and they never pulled a stunt like that. It's not just the cancellation fee that bothers me, though. Their cars are always dirty, which is just gross. Honestly, Budget feels more concerned about squeezing money out of customers than providing decent service. I won't be renting from them again.
