The whole experience was simple
The whole experience was simple—from picking up the car in Rome to dropping it off in Basel-Mulhouse. The staff were friendly and helpful, making it easy to understand everything. I felt confident throughout the process. Overall, the servcie was very good.

Auto Europe offers great prices
Auto Europe offers great prices, good upgrades, and unlimited mileage. They partly insure with my card but need proof from my credit card provider. Used them many times, definitely best prices, especially with Hertz.

Twelve years of joy with AutoEurope - 20 plus trips - 50 rentals. On the one time I had an issue with the car rental company, they helped me get the overcharge back very well.

I rated them 4 stars because the car wasn't clean inside.
I rated them 4 stars because the car wasn't clean inside. There were small scratches on the rims and other parts of the car that weren't noted on the rental agreement. After I told the attendant, he added them to the agreement.

It's great to see many car rental services presented together. It turned out to be less expensive than booking straight with the car company, and the insurance information was more clear too.
