I had an interesting experience with Troy. He was super helpful when I needed it most. Honestly, the app itself was a bit of a letdown. It felt unreliable and clunky, especially when registering or trying to log in. Every time I tried to use it, I ran into some sort of issue. But Troy really made a difference—he was there to guide me through the rough patches. If only the app worked as well as Troy did, it would have been a smooth experience.

When I arrived at the dealership, the car was supposed to have a limited warranty, but that vanished when I got there. And then, instead of deducting the down payment from the total cost, they just added it to the price of the vehicle. It was super frustrating and felt like a bait and switch. I ended up having to buy a warranty I thought I already had. AutoNation in Ft Worth, Tx definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
