My experience with this company has
by philly

My experience with this company has been disappointing. After having their insurance for almost 3 months, they decided to increase the premium by $10. Opting for a more reliable option, I promptly canceled with them. Now, they're attempting to charge me $53 for cancellation, a fee I refuse to pay. Not recommending this company based on their questionable practices and unexpected charges.

I got a policy with Novo because
by Anonymous

I got a policy with Novo because it was needed for my car approval. I purchased it, set to start in two days. However, as my car approval didn't come through, I canceled the policy. Novo charged me a $50 fee. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the rep mentioned they were all in meetings. I wouldn't suggest this company; opt for a more reliable insurance provider.

I wouldn't recommend this
by Laura W

I wouldn't recommend this company at all. After having their insurance for almost three months, they informed me of a $10 increase in my premium. Unhappy with this, I switched back to a company I trust, Novo, and promptly canceled my policy with them. Now, they're attempting to charge me $53 for canceling, but I've made it clear that I won't be paying it.

I've had a positive experience
by Abdelilah

I've had a positive experience with them. The team is consistently friendly and helpful, and the quote they provide is transparent with no surprises. In contrast to my previous experience with Progressive, where the quoted amount changed at payment, this insurance company delivers what you see in the initial quote.

In my experience, this company
by Laury

In my experience, this company has been really good. They're always friendly and helpful, and the quote they give you is what you actually pay. Unlike Progressive, where they gave me one quote but changed it when it was time to pay, this insurance is straightforward. What they show you is what you get.

The pricing inconsistency with this
by Kenny

The pricing inconsistency with this company left me perplexed. Initially quoted at $92.00, it later surged to $126.67, and now it indicates $131.67 for the next month. The fluctuation from the original quote to subsequent increases has caused confusion.
