Adam, the consultant we worked with, was very helpful. He responded quickly and provided detailed information. He asked a lot of questions to understand our preferences for a multi-city flight. Adam gave us various options, including different airlines, classes, and prices, which really helped us figure out what mattered most to us. We didn't finalize the booking, so I can't comment on the full process. The main reason was that the trip was far in advance, and there were many travelers with different needs. I did like that the offer included the choice of travel insurance in case of disruptions. I would consider using Above9 again to buy a business class ticket for a closer trip.

I had checked some flights and prices before so I knew what to expect. Then I called Ace at Above9 Travel, with whom I've worked before. I told him about the flight I had found. He was able to get me that flight for a much better price and even upgraded the shorter flight from economy to business class! On previous occasions, Ace offered me multiple options. This time that wasn't needed since I already had the flight I wanted and the price was perfect! Also, there was no push to purchase extra things, which I really liked.

Raz Mazzetti is great. We've booked over 20 international and first class tickets through him. His prices are good and service is better. He's always reachable. We had a worry about a middle name on a reservation to Qatar, called Raz, and he quickly fixed it. Reliable company with trustworthy staff.
