Worst Experience Ever! Do NOT Buy from 25Home!
I ordered a product from 25Home on December 2nd and confirmed with their customer service before placing the order that it would arrive within 7 business days. They assured me it would be delivered on time, but now it's far past that and the product still hasn't shipped. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. When I reached out for an update, they just blamed the shipping carrier and refused to take any responsibility. They even had the audacity to tell me to call the carrier myself! I paid for the product through 25Home’s website, not the carrier, yet they washed their hands of the entire situation. It feels like a scam! Save yourself the frustration and avoid buying from this company. The worst customer service I've ever encountered!
