    Worst Experience Ever! Do NOT Buy from 25Home!

    I ordered a product from 25Home on December 2nd and confirmed with their customer service before placing the order that it would arrive within 7 business days. They assured me it would be delivered on time, but now it's far past that and the product still hasn't shipped. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. When I reached out for an update, they just blamed the shipping carrier and refused to take any responsibility. They even had the audacity to tell me to call the carrier myself! I paid for the product through 25Home’s website, not the carrier, yet they washed their hands of the entire situation. It feels like a scam! Save yourself the frustration and avoid buying from this company. The worst customer service I've ever encountered!

    DO NOT BUY

    Couches are filled with feathers that excessively shed, couch loses shape and you're constantly getting poked by feathers. Unboxed and started using this couch less than a year ago - I think it may have been September 2023 we unboxed and started using and today the shape is very poor. I reached out to 25Home for even a partial refund (I'd NEVER take a replacement) and they offered me $100 for a couch cover LAUGHABLE! It's not the fabric I'm concerned about, it's the shape and comfort of the product since the stuffing is excessively coming out of it! INSANE. DO NOT BUY.

    I regret not checking reviews

    I regret not checking reviews before my husband placed an order. We're facing identical delivery issues. The order was made on 10/29, and despite receiving an email over a week ago stating that all pieces were in stock, as of Dec 1, nothing has shipped. We invested $6,000 in furniture, and now, considering the negative reviews, I'm apprehensive about whether we'll even like the products. Customer service has been unhelpful, and with holiday plans, there's growing concern that the delivery will coincide with our absence. It has turned into a nightmare.

    Ships damaged furniture, won't replace or even communicate

    Unreal how terrible these ppl are. Will not take care of a piece of furniture damaged on DELIERY. Delivery team acknowledged and documented the damage, 25Home just keeps asking for more photos.. They don't answer their phones, email, or txts. Don't risk it and buy from this Chinese company. Un real.

    Will not refund my Money, Do not use this company

    I bought a couch from them on 11/12/25 said it was instock. I checked on Dec 2nd and it was on backorder so I cancelled my order and requested a refund. It is Jan 8, 2026 and I am still getting the run around. Do not buy from this company.

    the worst customer service

    the worst customer service. Constantly had to email for updates on my order, and to make matters worse, received misinformation repeatedly regarding the delivery timeline. It's been about two months, and I still haven't received my order.

    I ordered a brown chair that was supposed to have polyester inside, but now I see feathers. They said they would send covers for the sofa, but instead, they sent something else. Not easy to handle when you run into issues like this.

    not sure if this is a legit company or not ... they took our money on October 1st and still they say the couch will only arrive at the end of January .... hmmm?
