I’m giving 4 stars just because one of our cushions came with a broken zipper, and since they don’t have that color in stock anymore—even though it was just delivered—it couldn’t be swapped. Still, I can say in the end it was a good experience. Their customer service was always polite and patient in their emails and kept working until they fixed the problem. They really put in extra effort, which is rare nowadays. Thanks!

The delivery service was also disorganized, attempting to deliver a shower door instead of my couch due to unclear labeling. Communication and delivery efficiency need improvement, making the overall experience less than satisfactory.

After many months of waiting

After many months of waiting, I believed I was getting a stunning and costly ($4K+) 9 ft. leather couch made for comfort. I surely got the looks, but not the feel. It’s the stiffest and most expensive item I’ve ever bought. Guests even joke about how firm it is, and I can only smile awkwardly. Such a shame—it’s beautifull but barely practical. Wish I had known sooner.
