Bought some stuff online, excited
Bought some stuff online, excited to get my package. When it came, half the items were missing. Reached out to customer service, they said the missing stuff was out of stock. That’s cool and all, but where’s my refund? It's been weeks, still nothing. Had to chase them down just to get answers. Service like this is just not okay. Now I'm left with less than I paid for and no clue if or when I'll get my money back. Total letdown.

Alright, so here’s the thing. I sent in pictures showing all my stuff spilled inside the box. It was a mess! I’m just trying to get my products replaced, not asking for a refund or anything. But where’s the response? I’ve been waiting and nothing yet. It’s frustrating! I really need those items. Can someone please get back to me soon? Thanks!
