Customer service person K just told me to ask for a return label if I wasn't satisfied, without explaining the reason for the delay. When I did request the return label and explained the situation, K asked me about the reason again without reading my email. When I called the company for assistance, the person I needed was unavailable, leaving me stuck dealing with the unhelpful customer service person K. Overall, it was disrespectful and a waste of time.
