I would not recommend this company. I bought a pair of Versace shoes, and after wearing them for just two hours, I noticed that the sole was damaged. When I asked for an explanation, they ignored me. They said I couldn't return them because they had already been worn.

Praiseworthy experience but disappointing result. I was sent a Steve Madden crossbody bag in fake leather in a terrible blue, listed at 160 euros but I know well that bags from this brand barely reach 100 euro. I don’t recomend the experience!

They offer irregular faulty sizes.
Whatever you buy here will not fit! These products have defects and the sizing is wrong! I tried the exact same item in the same size from another shop and it fit just right!

Wanan luxury offers some good deals, but their stock information on the website is misleading. I made a purchase for 10 items, and they ended up cancelling 5. It took them over a week to ship my order. They even emailed me asking if I wanted to buy more items. I never got my order. This has been going on since March 5th. They are holding $2842.25 USD, and I have received nothing in return. The shipping carrier lost my package and filed a claim with Wanan luxury to get reimbursed. Wanan luxury has had the document for 11 days but hasn't sent it back to the carrier yet. I’d recommend staying away from this company as my experience with them has been very poor in terms of professionalism and communication.

My experience with this company's customer service was extremely disappointing. I ordered a cap and paid a hefty 15 euros for delivery, only to receive it poorly packaged and flattened. Despite returning the item, I never received a refund. Avoid purchasing from this company. Their site confuses shipping with billing addresses, causing my package to be stuck in processing for days due to an address mix-up. After I spent an hour on the phone with UPS to sort it out, the package arrived just a day before my big speech to 200 people, but it was a pair of size 42 women’s pants, not even the right gender or brand.

Let's be real. Their products are fake. Nothing is centered like they are for real luxury items. They spelled dolce and gabanna wrong. Their stiching is off. Their packaging (based on reviews) proves they are not luxury items. Just WAAAY overpriced counterfeits from China.
