The ear sensors are too big, and I requested smaller ones. The company sent a medium and a large, but not a small. As a result, I’m having trouble keeping them in my ears. Additionally, the rubber earlobes that go over the ear should be a bit larger and marked to distinguish between right and left, as it’s hard to tell them apart in their current form.
