My experience with this aligner company was terrible. I caution others to consider different options. Despite having two programs over several years, wearing the aligners for only week six (out of an eleven-week program) in week one is not working well. The aligners are not tight enough, and they fail to target the two crooked teeth as needed. Dealing with Smilie's customer service was frustrating, involving a series of back-and-forth emails. Despite sending photos as instructed, the response was unhelpful, claiming the aligners fit fine. I'm pursuing a refund through my bank due to this unsatisfactory experience.

My experience with this company was deeply disappointing. Over ten months, they failed to address a seemingly straightforward issue with my teeth caused by my CPAP machine. Despite two attempts and assurances that my concerns were normal, the treatment left my teeth in worse shape. Aligners provided no real solution, and the 3D previews were inaccurately optimistic. After a year-long struggle, I insisted on a refund. The incompetence and lack of accountability, particularly from my contact Brett A., made the entire process frustrating and concerning for the health of my teeth.

I wanted to share my experience with Smileie. I was among the first in Flagstaff to get my teeth scanned. Wearing the retainers corrected a slight shift in my teeth. While some liked my smile before, I personally wasn't satisfied. Now, with the retainers, taking photos is easier, and I've received compliments at work. The blue ray teeth whitener in the kit is a nice addition, and overall, Smileie is ideal for those who prefer minimal orthodontist visits. I've had a positive experience with the company so far!

The crew at Smileie and the doctor were great and SO helpful. (I wish I'd known there would be a promotion for Memorial Day but.. hey, haha oh well) Contact and communication was easy and the product thus far seems GREAT! At first, I had a bit of trouble, but they helped me twice to get it right. Maybe most of the problem was me not doing it right, not them, but in the end, we got good results. The trays were perfect and the process was smooth! Their price was good compared to others, and they did better than I thought!

Dr. Elahi maintained punctuality during our session. Efficiently addressing the purpose, he offered clear guidance and visual demonstrations for impression-taking. His tips were valuable for success. Troubleshooting my challenges with the bottom impression, he skillfully navigated the process.

Not too good with them. My second time doin' impressions. First time was different company. Told 1 outta 4 impressions will work and gotta buy new putty for more. Other company was fine with impressions. Think pricey stuff should include that.

Dr. Jawad was really helpful and friendly. He told us all about the process and guided us through each step of making impressions. I was unsure about this system, but he made me feel better, and now I'm more sure! Thanks again, Dr. Jawad.

This ain't a full-on review of the whole shebang, but my initial online chat and meet-up with them? Top-notch. Smooth sailing ordering, zero hiccups, and can we talk about that sweet price point? Totally awesome.

The company's doctor is really nice. Following the instructions was simple. Making the impressions was easy with some extra guidance. I suggest updating the manual to give more info on making impressions.
