This company duplicated my
by Jonathan

This company duplicated my order, and when I attempted to cancel and requested a refund, they claimed it was too late, even though the items had not been dispatched. To prevent further charges, I removed my credit card number from their website, only to discover they had retained a copy and double-charged me again. Despite multiple emails requesting cancellation and refund, their customer service was unresponsive. After weeks of waiting, they suggested I call them, but my attempts were unsuccessful. Ultimately, I had to involve my credit card company to prevent additional charges. While unsure about the effectiveness of the patches, the company's business practices and customer service are disappointing. Not quite the experience I expected from a purportedly Christian company.

My initial curiosity about this product
by stephen donovan

My initial curiosity about this product arose from a recommendation by someone associated with a lower-tier pyramid scheme. The promise of relieving severe knee pain without resorting to pharmaceutical or over-the-counter remedies intrigued me. The Icewave patches offered pain relief akin to an Aleve. However, the $89 renewal for a 15-day supply was unexpected. When I raised my concerns to Lifewave, their response, six weeks later, addressed numerical details rather than my primary issue. Cancelling my subscription proved futile, as I received another batch two weeks later. While the product may offer some relief, the lack of responsive customer service and the pyramid scheme structure make it less appealing than affordable over-the-counter alternatives for pain relief.

by James

I purchased the X39, and it didn't produce the desired results for me. Unfortunately, I couldn't complete my trial within the 30-day window due to a week and a half of illness. When I contacted them for a refund, I decided to try the X49 Icewave patches in addition to see if that would help. Regrettably, it did not. I requested a refund based on their 100% guarantee, but they stated that they could only offer a refund if the products were unopened. This policy seems questionable to me because how can I try the products without opening them? It doesn't align with the idea of a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

by Monica H

So, me and my family have been loving these patches from this amazing company! At first, I was a bit hesitant, but my parents (who are in their 80s) tried them out and after just one week, they were full of energy at 11:30 pm! Normally, they would be asleep by 8:30 pm, so this was a huge improvement. Plus, these patches have really helped them recover from a almost deadly car accident they were in 3 years ago. I can't thank this company enough for making such a difference in my parents' lives.

Honestly, this company is a total scam.
by Diana B

Honestly, this company is a total scam. They target older folks and those dealing with memory issues, using their vulnerable state to peddle their pointless stickers to their loved ones who don't want to upset or stress them out. It's just plain wrong. How are these guys even still in business?
