Since purchasing our Summerwood shed in the 1990s, it's been a reliable and enduring addition to our backyard. As our first internet purchase, it exceeded our expectations and continues to do so. The shed has stood the test of time, garnering compliments and even influencing others to invest in Summerwood sheds. While we're replacing the window boxes, the main structure remains in impeccable condition, a testament to its quality. The outstanding service we received then and now further solidifies our recommendation of Summerwood and their products. We couldn't be happier with our purchase over two decades later.

Summerwood made the whole process enjoyable, starting from the design phase to the installation. We discovered them online, and after some research, we chose the Verana Model for our cabana. The customization options allowed us to personalize some elements, and now, our backyard's cabana is a standout feature. The installation went smoothly, sticking to the promised timeline. The workers were efficient and kept things tidy. The craftsmanship and quality are impressive.

I had another great experience with the folks at Summerwood (Anthony and John). I needed some spindels for my gazebo and John gave me them for free. Both Anthony and John were really nice and helpful. Dealing with Summerwood is always a good experience. I suggest Summerwood products. They make good products that last a long time. I always get nice comments about my gazebo, which I've had for 18 years now.

Sales helped pick dimensions for a backyard studio and sent drawings for permitting. Delivery was on schedule, and parts were labeled clearly. I called twice during assembly and got real answers. The finished space feels solid and looks like the renderings.

I bought 2 buildins from this compny. Gud value. Nice. Had a problem wit a bad carpenter and had 2 redo a cedar roof. Custmer servce was good, cheaper shingles came fast.

The experience went well over all, tho I did get a bit confused using the online design thing, which made me unsure what I was picking. Once I talked to real people, they helped with everything. The 50% deposit came up kinda fast, wich I didn't expect. Other than that, things been good up to now.

My experience with the company had its fair share of challenges. The initial customer service representative lacked experience and was often hard to reach. To make matters worse, he provided incorrect information about the square footage of the stone I was ordering, leading to a significant mistake of 500 square feet. Fortunately, Anthony Saint came to the rescue when the original representative was unavailable. Anthony managed to rectify the situation, and the rest of the fabrication process went relatively smoothly. However, the delivery process was far from ideal. I was abruptly awakened at 8:00 am by a semi-truck driver who couldn't navigate my street due to rain. Instead of finding a solution, he insisted that we unload the shipment half a block away, adding unnecessary complications. Compounding the issue, there was no prior communication about scheduling the shipment, and both the logistics and trucking companies bombarded me with calls throughout the day. Rather than coordinating with Summerwood directly, they left me to deal with the problem. After a day filled with stress and tears, I took matters into my own hands, finding a local company called Nevis Shipping to handle the situation. Despite the disappointment in the logistics and delivery process, I must acknowledge the excellent quality of the shed itself. It's disheartening that the burden of handling these challenges was placed on me, as I lack expertise in shipment logistics and unloading a 3,000-pound delivery. Thankfully, individuals like Anthony Saint from Summerwood and the local company Nevis Shipping demonstrated a clear understanding of customer service, helping me overcome the hurdles and eventually enjoy my charming shed as it takes shape.

Summerwood is blatantly overpriced

I wish i had better news but after a simple comparison Summerwood's prices have become FAR too high for what they're offering. A few years ago they were competitive but sadly no longer. I was about to pull the trigger but when i ran the numbers at least 3 other providers offered similar options, similar build qualities for much less.
