Changing my Delonghi EC860 cappuccino pump was made easier by user comments. I liked seeing parts with exploded view. Likelihood of fault was correct by Ereplacementparts. If in stock or discontinued, it was good. Although I talked to a Delonghi person about tube location they were helpful. Now I'm enjoying my coffee once again. PS: Shipping cost are absurd and if one part is on back-order the other part is held up. I had to follow up and cancel the BO part to get my pump shipped.

The carburetor and parts seem fine. First carburetor came in weak package, broken. They sent another, also weak package but okay. I bought 2 items, waiting weeks for refund. Service was okay.

The company was not good.

The company was not good. I wanted to fix my lawnmower and ordered 5 parts for the carburetor. They said some parts were not available and didn't know when they'd come. So, I found them elsewhere. I used one part and wanted to return the others. But their website kept sending me back and forth, couldn't get a return permission. I emailed them twice about this, but they never replied. Now, I have extra parts I don't need.

I made two purchases from ereplacementparts, and after three weeks, both orders still stuck in "Dropship Processing" with an indefinite delivery date. Despite reaching out for details on the shipping date, the customer contact option only yielded an automated reply with unhelpful options. I'm hopeful this issue stems from incompetence, and they can eventually fulfill their part of the transaction.

Despite polite and apologetic customer service reps, the frustrating part is they only revealed the backorder status when I called twice. Ironically, contacting the part manufacturer directly proved the item wasn't on backorder. If prompt delivery matters, consider exploring alternative options.

This online parts provider, once reliable, has lately fallen short of expectations. Despite attributing service disruptions to warehouse restructuring, negative comments emerged months prior. My order, supposedly directly from Echo, faced unnecessary delays. Shockingly, five available items were held until a back-ordered part arrives, prolonging the repair process. Customer service offered no resolution, displaying a lack of concern. Adding to the frustration, login issues persist with no resolution. Regrettably, eReplacementParts.com currently exemplifies mismanagement, lacking customer-focused solutions. Considering my experience, I would caution against choosing them for repair part orders.

Placed an order on Jan 7th, alongside a similar eBay purchase. Received the eBay part within a week. Checked order status days later, slated to ship by Jan 24th. Today, status reads N/A, order delayed. Regret not choosing a different supplier; likely would've had the part sooner and possibly at a lower cost.

There was a complete lack of communication once I made my purchase. According to the email invoice, the shipping duration was supposed to be 3 to 5 days. However, seven days later, I finally received the item after receiving an email stating that shipping information was not available, leaving me with no other option but to wait. This kind of communication breakdown is frustrating and does not instill confidence in the company's customer service. Considering this experience, I've decided to explore other options for my future purchases, as I expect a more reliable and transparent shopping process.

Initial Experience with this company has left me quite disappointed. My order, placed and paid for almost a month ago, has encountered continuous delays with the status constantly showing as "shipment delayed." To make matters worse, attempts to cancel my order have proven futile. In hindsight, I regret not checking Google reviews beforehand, as it appears this is a recurring issue with this company. The overall experience has left me with a lingering suspicion that they might be operating more like online scammers than a legitimate business.
