Most sets come with a top and bottom of the same size, which doesn’t match how my body (or many others) is shaped. You can’t swap only the top or bottom to get the right fit. The top had a strange cut that wouldn’t fit me even in my size; it looked badly made. The material feels good and I really like the bottoms. The suits seem to be made well. Customer service was friendly, but returns and exchanges aren’t simple. Not worth the cost.

I really like the fun patterns and bold colours of the swimsuits, but I wish they offered more options for women with a bigger bust. When I try sizing up for the bust, the rest of the suit becomes too large and it keeps riding up in the water. I’m not interested in a two-piece, I prefer a one-piece swimsuit.

Luckily one costume did fit - even though I’m a 12, it’s an XL and the quality is ok, I liked it. The second costume I ordered didn’t fit well at all. The trouble started when I had to return it. I ordered from SeaFancy UK (or so it looked from their website) but it actually came from France and then I had to send it back to …USA at quite a cost which would have been expensive. I was offered many discounts to just keep the costume - which I eventually did and have tried to sell on Vinted for very little money. I’d say if you want one of their costumes, look on Vinted. Don’t use this company unless you are COMPLETELY sure you won’t return anything. That said, the people I emailed were friendly and polite but it was a long process - maybe hoping I would give up. There is something about this company that seems off.

Do NOT buy from Seafancy! They didn't give me a refund even though I followed their return policy perfectly. They also charged me for something they never sent. When I asked for my money back, they only gave me a $5 discount for my next purchase. The swimsuit cost me $53.99! Also, the swimsuits were way too loose, even though I measured myself and used their size guide. The quality of the material was bad. And the shipping took nearly a month. The website lies about easy returns within 30 days. No one should have to put up with this dishonest behavior, especially when there are so many other swimsuit brands that treat their customers right! Spend your money somewhere else for better products!

The products came in good shape. Yet, their return policy is poor. Their site claims shipping is "included" in the price, meaning they can deduct as much as they want for returns. I wanted to return everything. They offered only a 30% refund and I had to cover the shipping to the USA (from the UK). After negotiating, I managed to get a 65% refund and settled for that!

I mean, isn't it their job to make sure I get what I paid for? Instead, they flat-out refused to send me another package or give me my money back. I felt totally stuck and frustrated.
