Charges clandestinely $5.99 per week, without stating and without taking consent

The app is mostly for fun to enhance photographs. Shown as Free app to install for enhancing photos, without showing any charges. Most people will not go beyond seeing the app if they find they automatically start charging ridiculously $5.99 per week. I used it once and never used it again. Found out Remini had been charging for weeks. The charges on the Credit Card showed "Apple" and was mistaken as valid Apple charges. Once realized that it was Remini, canceled it from iPhone Settings. There was another charge after canceling which Apple refunded. Them tracing back saw there were 7 other charges, which Apple declined to refund. App owners should be charging if the user gives consent and is used by the users. Not by clandestine fraudulent method.

The "free" trial showed the app was awful

The "free" trial showed the app was awful, and even though I tried to cancel right away, I ended up paying $30. I would never have signed up if I had known how ridiculously high the weekly fee was, and canceling it was nearly impossible. It took three weeks of charges before it finally stopped. The app is useless and the company is completely dishonest.

AVOID THIS SERVICE!

Watch out! Despite canceling my subscription on May 3rd, I've been charged weekly. I've reached out multiple times by email and shown proof of cancellation, but only got automated replies about how to cancel (which I’ve done on both platforms). No one is addressing my concerns or refunding the mistaken charges. I’m at my breaking point because I’m still being billed and getting no replies to my emails or messages. AVOID THIS SERVICE!

I canceled my subscribtion but these theives had to take money from my card. They do not respond to emails. Total scam! Do not try! Had to cancel my card because of these conmen! Don't dare! Worst app ever! Thieves!!!!! Am so angry right now.

DON'T USE!

DON'T USE! When it's running, the videos are good and simple. But 50% of the time it doesn't. When you upload a video to render, it takes its time, then shows a blank screen, with a zero timer and nothing to download, even if you're within the time and size limits. BUT, it definitely deducts from your weekly limits. Customer service isn't there and after many requests, no help given other than "your limit will renew on x date" which is total BS. We tried this on 2 accounts and the same thing happened. At $9.99/month or $40/month, it's a total rip-off and scam.

I wouldn't suggest this app. I tried the "free trial" and got charged before I cancelled. I don't have a sub to cancel and I'm still getting charged. I messaged the company and no reply! Likely gonna get a new debit card cuz of this trashy app.

Support antwortete zügig, erklärte realistische Erwartungen. Ein portrait gelang perfekt, ein altes Scan blieb körnig. Problem richtig eingeordnet, freundlich.

Gesichter wirken klarer, Farben frischer. Ich fühlte mich richtig glücklich, als Omas Bild scharf wurde. Ergebnisse waren schnell da und stimmig.

Altbild gerettet, leichte glättung

Altes Familienfoto wurde deutlich lesbarer, Gesichter ruhiger. Ich war zufrieden, nur bei Haaren wirkt es manchmal zu glatt. Trotzdem wertvoll.

Weniger magie, mehr nutzen

Ich gab der App ein hoffnungsloses Pixelmatsch-Foto. Heraus kam etwas Zeigbares. Kein Zauber, aber nah dran. Abo nervt ein wenig, Ergebnis überzeugt.
