I sent three fotos for my China visa through Visafoto. First two ok, but the third was no good. My fault: not good foto and my son's hair was too long. I messaged Visaphoto and they said send another one and they will fix it for free. I sent it and they replied in four minutes. They said it was accepted. Wow! I chose Visafoto because of quick fixes like this. They're authentic and really good! Paul and Tatiana helped me. Where else can you get such good support? They're the BEST!

I spent so much time fixing the photo I got from the photographer. I'm pretty good with tech stuff, but I kept getting this error about the brightness being wrong. Even the file I downloaded again had the same problem. I called the number, but it was just a robot talking, so I thought maybe I got scammed. I sent an email to support, and surprisingly, Paul replied super fast with a fixed version. It actually worked on the first try.

I cannot recommend this service. Despite paying for the service, the photo I received was not accepted by the state department. When I reached out to customer support, they initially claimed it was my fault and suggested sending another photo for correction. However, after that, they stopped responding altogether. I ended up spending money for nothing and feel extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Visafoto left me deeply dissatisfied, especially when attempting to use their service for the US green card lottery. The photos generated failed to meet the necessary requirements and, shockingly, appeared manipulated. Changes were made to my hair, ear shape, and even a shadow was added around my neck. When I contacted customer support for either a solution or a refund, their response was far from convincing. They attempted to reassure me that the submitted photo would be acceptable and argued against the necessity of a white or off-white background. I'm hesitant to share the photos due to security concerns, but I'd readily provide proof to substantiate my claims. This experience proved a waste of both time and money.

My experience with this service left me deeply disappointed. Not only do they employ a pricing model that charges different amounts based on your location, which is inherently unfair, but they also fail to be transparent about it. The price I initially saw on the screen was far from what I eventually had to pay. For instance, I expected to pay 4.50 EUR, but I was charged a whopping 7.00 GBP, which equates to approximately 8.00 EUR! This level of inconsistency and hidden pricing practices are unacceptable and have left me feeling taken advantage of. Shame on you for such unethical conduct.

I had to go to Walgreens separately to get my photo printed, incurring extra costs and wasting my time. When I pointed out this discrepancy, their customer service was combative and refused to take responsibility for the misinformation on their site.
