I bought 2 swimsuits on June 16th. It’s now June 25th and Popilush still hasn’t given me any news. I live on the east coast and the items are shipping from the east coast??? Why is it taking so much time? Leaving in 2 days for a trip. This really shouldn’t take this long. Looks like I’ll need to spend extra money on other clothes to bring. I’ll come back to review the suits if they arrive!

I ordered the Shapewear Body-Sculpting Halter Neck Jumpsuit in size 4. My figure is an hourglass shape. Getting into the jumpsuit was quite a task, especially around the hips, but going a size up would just make it baggy on my legs. Once I put it on, I felt worse than if I hadn’t worn any shapewear; it seemed to highlight my tummy when I didn’t have one. I was so self-aware that I wore my jacket all day. Honestly, it's not worth the cost; any other jumpsuit might have looked just as good, or even better, if you matched it with a more useful shapewear.

Return rules are not true. I gave two stars since the dress looks good. Website says they send a return label for $9.00 but they don’t. Every time you write to support they just push gift cards, half refund, or more stuff instead of what is written. In my case they just don’t make returns. Lucky I bought only one size, not many sizes, so I lost only $130 on this item. Lesson lerned with shops like this.

Order arrived with no issue; however, the assistance I received wasn't quite what I expected. I've contacted customer service, as per the website's instructions, asking for assistance with my concerns, but I'm yet to receive a response despite sending multiple emails. The product quality appears to be good, but there seems to be room for improvement when it comes to customer service.

I had a very bad experience with Popilush.

I paid for fast shipping, but my order didn’t go out on time. They took almost three weeks to answer my email, and rather than give back the shipping money, they offered a gift card. Also, one item I bought was out of stock even after I paid. Very unprofessional, slow support, and not honest about shipping. I don’t suggest buying from them.

This company needs to reconsider labeling this bodysuit as shapewear because it doesn't live up to that claim at all. It's essentially just a basic bodysuit without any real shaping effect. While the fabric quality is decent, there's not much else to praise about it.

Avoid Popilush like it’s a group text from your ex.

Their clothes run so small you'd think they were designed for exceptionally fashion-forward garden gnomes. And despite the giant, glowing “NO HASSLE RETURNS!” plastered all over their site, the fine print basically says, “Haha, just kidding.” Translation: you buy it, you own it—whether it fits a human or not. I just dropped over $150 on items I cannot wear, cannot return, and cannot even regift unless I suddenly befriend someone the size of a medium-sized baguette. And let’s talk about the mystery box, which should be renamed the disappointment cube. Normally, a mystery item is supposed to feel like a fun treat—something with more value than what you paid, right? Not here. Their $29 mystery box included an item listed for $30, but they run nonstop 10–20% discounts, meaning the “mystery” was that I actually paid more for it. Stunning twist! M. Night Shyamalan could never. Customer service? I’ve been emailing them for a week. It took six full days for someone to respond—longer than it takes to ship a package across the globe by carrier pigeon. “No hassle”? Absolutely everything they do is a hassle. A choose-your-own-frustration adventure. We all have choices about where we spend our money. Popilush had their chance. They blew it. Hard.

Scam company

You have to request a return label. They stall and stall and stall days at a time with Al customer services responses, hoping you’ll forget or give up and go past the 30 days return window. When you try to get a $9 label to return, their system does not work so you are back to emailing. It was only once I filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission and my credit card company that I finally got an email with a level. You’ve also got Comsumer Protection Agency and BBB. Even now, I’m finally seeing the money come back in bits to my credit card, but it’s been 50 days of dealing with them. Please keep posting in trust pilot and these other sites to warn others. Whenever a company has tons of 5 stars and then 1 stars and not much in between, I feel they are paying for 5 star reviews. Take notice.

Scam!!

Complete scam!!! I researched their website regarding return policy prior to ordering a dress. Their return policy states if you don’t absolutely love your purchase please contact customer service to receive a return shipping label to mail your purchase back & full refund will be issued. The dress I received is cheaply made & did not fit. I reached out to their customer service & received an email instructing me to purchase a return label & send the dress back. Advertising you provide a return label then don’t honor that is false advertising & illegal. I’m going to the Better Business Bureau with this. Then I’m contacting my credit card & disputing the charge. I will NEVER order from these scam artists again!

The worst customer service and they steal your money by not returning it when you return items

This company customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I returned three items and was only refunded for two They wrote me over fifty emails trying to weasel out of giving me my money back citing their business problems with apps I didn't use to purchase. Last they wanted my bank account information which I refused to give Bec I just wanted my credit card refunded. They are liars and thieves. Don't but their stuff with any expectations of returning Bec you'll never get satisfied. This is an ongoing battle for my money for over three months. I finally asked them to just send me a paper check Bec I refuse to share personal info with them . We'll see what happens
