I was trying to book a flight, and I had filled in all the card details and hit submit. The website's verification took a long time. After a few minutes, one of the Oojo representatives called to check if I got any confirmation for the booking I was doing. When I said no, she started checking from her end and mentioned it might be the bank not approving the verification. A few minutes later, she called back, and by that time, I had my ticket issued and received an email with the ticket confirmation. She checked all the details, everything looked fine, and she made sure all my questions were answered. Overall, I had a good experince with the representative.

Linda was friendly and quick. However, I don't believe it’s right to make calls before 8 am or after 7 pm. I received a call at 11:30 pm and another one around 7 am. That’s disturbing people’s personal time.

1 Star - Subpar Customer Service & Bait-and-Switch Tactics
I would give zero stars if I could. I contacted Oojo over a week ago to change my flight from Saturday to Sunday. They confirmed it was being processed, so I trusted them to handle it. A week later, I find out they never actually made the switch—no adequate communication regarding why, just “let’s book you on Monday instead”. When I followed up, they suddenly claimed the exchange was rejected due to a price change—but only after I had to chase them down. Now, they want to charge me $800 to make the same change that was originally quoted at $250?! Their email basically said: “Oops, our bad… now pay us more.” This isn’t just unprofessional—it’s borderline bait-and-switch behavior. If a company messes up, they should own it and fix it, not pass the financial burden to the customer. Avoid Oojo at all costs unless you want to spend your trip chasing down basic service and overpaying for their errors and slowness.

Warning: don`t book with OOJO!
I can only warn everyone please don`t book with oojo! They gave me an e-ticket with wrong dates. I needed to call the customer service whole nicht more than 20 times and nobody could solve the problem. The custumer service is very unprofessional. They just hang up the phone or lie to the customers. I was told that a new ticket with the correct dates was booked again for me, but as in this flight economy class is fully booked I have to book business class. After hours I didn`t get any confirmation e-mail and no e-ticket. After I called again many times at the customer service they has sent me a screenshot of the booking details and lied to me that this screenshot is my e-ticket. After the whole night was over I missed the flight because it wasn`t book and there was no ticket. I have never ever make such a bad experience....so DON´T BOOK WITH OOJO!!!

Never use this provider! I bought a ticket, and my flight was cancelled. The airline refunded the money to Oojo on the same day, but Oojo has been giving me absolutely insane and unreasonable responses and is still holding onto my funds. Now I’m unable to book another flight and will have to spend Christmas alone. I’ve completely lost hope of getting my money back. The customer service is terrible—they never disclose their actual names, using only nicknames like Montreal, Jatin, Antropos, and Folger. It feels like the service is run by AI or something. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Do not trust OOJO.
I reserved a one way ticket last November through OOJO. The Italia Airways cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I called Italia Airways and they refunded my $ to OOJO immediately (first week of Dec) I emailed and called OOJO several times to requested a refund. They kept on saying they are still processing my refund and I believe they hope I give up and take their voucher. I don’t trust them. Don’t use OOJO because you never know when your flight gets cancelled.

Horrible communication
Agent could not speak good English. He changed my flight and took 2 hours due to communication problems. After rescheduling he made error on my return flight destination. I have 4 days to correct the error and still waiting for a reply. Never again

Oojo stole money
Paid USD$598 for cancellation protection and submit medical record documents. Oojo kept the $598 and the ticket fund of USD$1,400 and never refund. Never book from their website again.

Warnung: Betrug bei Oojo! Finger weg!
Ich habe aufgrund der guten Bewertungen einen Flug über Oojo gebucht – ein riesiger Fehler! Mir wurden über 1.000 Euro doppelt abgebucht, und ich warte bis heute auf die Rückerstattung. Ein Fehler im Buchungssystem führte dazu, dass mir zweimal Geld abgezogen wurde, obwohl ich nur einen Flugbuchung durchging und ich auch nur Bestätigungsmail für eine Buchung erhalten habe. Der sogenannte Kundenservice ist eine absolute Zumutung! Statt den offensichtlichen Fehler zu beheben, werde ich mit ausweichenden und nichts sagenden Antworten hingehalten. Seit Wochen fehlen mir über 1.000 Euro, und niemand scheint sich wirklich darum zu kümmern. Diese einfach nur enttäuschend! Ich sehe mich gezwungen, bald rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, was zusätzlich Zeit und Geld kosten wird. So eine Dreistigkeit habe ich noch nie erlebt! Lasst die Finger von dieser Plattform!
