So, I bought this Samsung
So, I bought this Samsung gadget from Noon Electronics and it broke down in just a month. Tried to get it fixed under warranty, but their service was a complete nightmare. They wouldn't cover it at the official Samsung service center here in the UAE. I spent weeks chasing them to pick up and return the device. Ended up wasting 3-4 weeks just for nothing. Definitely not buying from them again.

I had a terrible experience with Noon. I often shop online, but Noon really let me down. They totally cheated me. I reached out to their customer service, and they acted like it was no big deal. It's frustrating and honestly, quite disappointing. I wish someone from their management would call me to sort this out. My number is 0528417228.
