Very bad service!
Very bad service! I ordered something and they sent the wrong item. I messaged them, but they didn’t send a return label or the correct item. They say they are investigating, but it takes 8 days and they tell me not to order the same item again because it might cause the same issue! To me, it seems like when something is out of stock, they just send something else randomly. Why is there anything to investigate? I did not order that! I proved I didn’t, so I just want my order! But nooooo. It’s sad how a brand can treat customers like this. I'm from the Netherlands, but I will never order again. After being a repeated customer, I am done with Tommy Hilfiger.
