I reached out on the website and Facebook regarding my order, but unfortunately, got no response. Customer service seems to be a bit lacking. Eventually, I did get my order on time. The bottles it came in were plastic, so I swapped them for glass to make them last longer. Considering the communication hiccup and packaging choice, I'm uncertain about making another purchase from your company in the future.

I really like the little notes they include. The scents are really good, and the prices are reasonable, especially for a small business like mine. Just a heads up to everyone reading, the delivery times aren't the company's fault. Mine arrived on time, but it's the mail carrier (a different business) that needs to be prompt once they take over.

I've tested many other brands for a fragrance oil that captures the genuine creamy, luxurious, and sweet marshmallow scent, but they all fell short. This one hits the mark perfectly! I’m hoping they restock this in more sizes soon!
