If you happen to be unsatisfied
by Olga K

If you happen to be unsatisfied with your purchase or find that the products are not suitable for your needs, please be warned that the company may not offer a refund, despite their assurance of a 60-day money back guarantee. In fact, they will do their best to convince you to keep the products and will make the refund process unnecessarily complicated. Even when expressing a desire to cancel your subscription, their customer service team will continuously reiterate that refunds are not possible and only store credit can be given due to the product's nature as a prescription. There are likely other options available in the market that are not only more cost-effective, but also offer a simpler refund process if the products do not meet your expectations.

This review sheds light on the deceptive
by Anonymous

This review sheds light on the deceptive practices of the company marketing a topical hair solution. The company misleads customers with unclear pricing structures and insufficient product quantity. In contrast, Happy Head offers transparent pricing of $89 per month for a 60ml topical dutasteride, with superior customer service and eco-friendly glass packaging. Opting for a company like Happy Head, which prioritizes transparency, seems more prudent than dealing with a company like Musely, which employs misleading tactics to the detriment of customers.

I was in search of a simple 4%
by RAINEY E

I was in search of a simple 4% hydroquinone cream, which had been prescribed to me by my doctor. I had previously purchased it from Walgreens and had great results. So, I decided to give Musely a try. However, to my disappointment, Musely prescribed me a 6% hydroquinone cream which did not work even with a higher concentration. This led me to the conclusion that Musely does not accurately sell what they claim to. It is safe to say that Musely sells fake products.

I found Musely on IG. I was unsure and curious
by Anonymous

I found Musely on IG. I was unsure and curious so I bought something. I didn't get a confirmation and got worried about being scammed. Turns out the next day, I was about to email a complaint, but I checked my mailbox, and my order was there (yay). In short, I've been using the Rx spot cream for a week and my skin looks brighter and smoother already. I'm excited and can't wait for my melasma to clear up. I'll update again in a few weeks. (AA female, 52) Thanks!

At first, I was unsure, but after six
by Anonymous

At first, I was unsure, but after six months with the hair pill, my hair looks amazing. At 60, it's never been so full! My friend even thought I got extensions. Only downside? Might grow facial hair. But they got lotion for that! Still need waxing sometimes, but it's not instant. Usually see growth after a week and a half using lotion. Hair serum? Not needed with the pill.

I tried the dark spot treatment
by Dawn R

I tried the dark spot treatment but didn't see much difference in 3 months. Didn't like the smell or the heavy, sticky feeling on my face. I canceled my prescription.

I purchased, paid, and shared
by Anonymous

I purchased, paid, and shared photos. However, no product was delivered. It gives off a scam vibe. Quite disappointed.
