Absolutely dreadful experience
by Jane

Absolutely dreadful experience with Urban Decay! I ordered the All Nighter Ultra Matte Makeup Setting Spray and All Nighter Vitamin C + Cactus Flower Water Setting Spray. The Ultra Matte spray ruined my makeup with white specks, forcing a complete redo. The Vitamin C+ Cactus Flower spray left an intolerable stickiness, making my eyelids cling together. Customer service proved to be a nightmare, as they accused me of lying about returning both items, refunding only one. Even after contacting Customer Service Director Luc Antoine, who proved utterly useless, my money was taken without resolution. Avoid this company that falsely accuses customers and seizes hard-earned money.

I initiated an auto-ship order
by Rojan Ja

I initiated an auto-ship order earlier this year with high expectations, given the promised email reminders for upcoming shipments. However, the anticipated notification never arrived, resulting in Urban Decay charging my account and processing the order without warning. Upon immediate contact with customer service, they claimed helplessness in canceling the unfulfilled order, insisting I bear the return costs. This experience reeks of a disingenuous ploy to complicate returns, possibly due to their alleged discontinuation and business decline. The lack of order management capability raises serious doubts about the company's competence and customer care.

While the products from this company
by AG

While the products from this company seem technically reliable, their marketing practices raise serious concerns. The "Before and After" images, meant to showcase product effectiveness, appear deceptive. The inclusion of undisclosed additional makeup products in the "After" shots compromises the authenticity of the advertised results. This questionable marketing strategy undermines trust. Moreover, the reported involvement with the United States FTC for illegal practices adds another layer of skepticism. Proceed with caution, as transparency and honesty seem lacking in their promotional efforts.

Seems like a scam.
by Marina

Seems like a scam. Ordered online, got shipping confirmation, but after a week, order still not picked up by mail carrier. Can't contact customer service. Reached out on social media. They "resend" order, but same thing. Shipping label made but after another week, order still not packed. Don't get why order not picked up by mail carrier, it's been 2 weeks.

The company didn't deliver
by Ms

The company didn't deliver my order. I called them, and they said they lost it. Asked for my money back, but they refused. Spent 30 minutes on the phone twice. I ordered on Feb. 9th, wrote to them two weeks later, still no solution. Had to call again today, still no refund.

Reliable for buying, but uses misleading marketing
by Anonymous

Reliable for buying, but uses misleading marketing: in their "Before and After" images, the After photos show extra, unmentioned make-up products along with the advertised item, making the results shown unrealistic if only the advertised product is used.
