I got the Blood Sugar product

I got the Blood Sugar product back in November 2023. Let me tell you, it's been a real letdown. The company hyped it up, but it's nowhere near what they promised. Now, I want to return it since they boast about a 365-day return policy if you're not happy. But here's the kicker: they expect me to foot the bill for shipping and handling, something they conveniently forgot to mention before. And as for the product itself? It's been a total dud.

I bought a few things, and I can't really say if it's good or bad at this point. I did notice that you use a lot of canned responses, and that makes it seem like you don't really care about the problems customers have. It would be better if you took the negative comments more seriously and didn't rely on canned answers all the time. Also, there are a lot of similar complaints, so you should pay attention to that.

I placed an order for tablets

I placed an order for tablets on September 29th, for which I paid $373.30. However, I did not receive an invoice or any confirmation of the order. It's been a while, and I still haven't received anything. I have initiated an investigation into this matter. I certainly hope to receive a refund for my purchase.

I encountered the same issue as many others people. I placed an order for one product, but a different one was sent to me. To make matters worse, this month, they billed me again, even though I no longer wanted anything to do with them. I tried to contact the company via email, but my message was returned with an error message saying the address couldn't be found and couldn't receive mail. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare, and as a result, I'll have to cancel my credit card, which is a significant inconvenience. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. Please be warned and avoid them at all costs.
