I had red hair for 15 years.

I had red hair for 15 years. Every time I went to the salon, I got a different shade of red. It was bad for my professional image. But now with Esalon, my hair color is always the same. Thank you Esalon for consistent color that is great and easy!

I like the packaging

I like the packaging and the step-by-step guide on how to dye my hair. However, at the moment, I am not too happy with the color. It wasn't intense enough and faded quickly. My grays were not all covered, and my hair feels and looks more damaged, even though I followed all the instructions. I will give it another try and might need to find a different color. I really want to like it!

Though the color was a tad off on the first order, my stylist made adjustments right away. The products are of high quality, and the color is definitely salon-grade with multidimensional colors and great grey coverage. I would recommend them for at-home salon-quality color with a much wider range of color choices than the competition. Their customer service is phenomenal too!
