After days of no ETA confirmation, on October 22, 2023, I had had enough and demanded a CANCELLATION and a REFUND. What's most infuriating is the lack of transparency and professionalism in their customer service. They failed to offer any solid reassurances or timelines, leaving me in limbo. I won't be dealing with this company again, and I'd strongly caution others against it as well.

I ordered a 100 percent human hair wig. The wig that I received wasn't human hair at all. They didn't issue me a refund because the wig was taken out of the package. You can't speak to a live person over the phone. I will never order from them again.
