The Lindt Rewards programme was, frankly, a waste of time. I joined it expecting some savings at my next shop, just by having my "Digital Reward Card" with me. Well, that idea quickly flopped. After picking up a good amount of treats, I asked the staff member at the till if I needed to show my Rewards Card. Her answer? "No, sir." So I asked if there were any discounts tied to the card. Another "No." Now I’m puzzled. Besides giving Lindt my details and dealing with constant emails offering little of real use, I can’t see the point of this. My advice? Save yourself the hassle. (And honestly, too much chocolate isn’t great for you, anyway).

I just went to the Lindt shop in 02 and had a really bad time.

I just went to the Lindt shop in 02 and had a really bad time. The customer service was awful, and the employees were very rude and unhelpful. Instead of being friendly or kind, they were dismissive and acted like helping customers was annoying. Their poor behavior ruined the visit, which is sad given how good Lindt’s products are. I thought it would be a way better experience and I won't go back to this shop. I hope they take their customer service problems seriously.

I visited the store and wanted to add my points

I visited the store and wanted to add my points from a recent buy to my points account. They found my email, but they couldn’t add the points to my account. So, I reached out to customer service to see if they could do it by hand. I got no reply at all. I even tried reaching them on Facebook, but again, no reply at all. I will be filing an official complaint now, but I don’t expect any reply from that either!

I got a 427g box of Lindt chocolates as a gift

I got a 427g box of Lindt chocolates as a gift, but when I opened it, some of the pieces had a strange whitish tint. They are still within the expiry date, and I think I should get in touch with Lindt.
