    I am truely satisfied with this program after only 8 weeks!

    So far I have been able to get assistance through the app when needed. My weight is steadily decreasing and I feel better! Better breathing when walking and less knee Pain. My doctor did approve me to start this program!

    Missing something

    Maybe I am missing something (and I probably am), but my experience so far has been...kinda... anticlimactic. I have been on the program since July 2025. I have lost about 11 lbs. I thought I would have lost more by now. I know that sometimes I eat something sugary, but it isn't very often. I am pretty careful. I guess I would like to see more organized food and meal structure for this plan. What am I supposed to eat, and I am guessing what I am NOT supposed to eat would be sugary and high-carb foods. But the point is I AM GUESSING. I would like a more structured plan. I would like a care team that checks in on me, not quickly trying to get me off the phone when we have had one or two meetings. I just thought this would be more. Additionally, the product was advertised as less expensive than it actually was. But I was willing to live with it just to get going. I am not sure I would recommend Life+MD to my friends.

    Ok at first

    It was good the first couple of months but after it was horrible. I had to send constant reminders for prescription refills and that only worked for the next couple. After that my subscription would say it was sent and either I never heard which resulted in another email or my pharmacy would send it back to them and they would do nothing even though they said they did. My last two months of my subscription I had no successfully filled prescription. My insurance covered it and all was good. I liked the success I had on it and just went to my regular doctor who prescribe it. No subscription cost, no reminder and I get notified automatically on my refill. This company is not a good substitute for what you can just do through your regular clinic.

    Poor Customer Service

    The doctor care is great! They are very informative and helpful in addressing all your questions and concerns. The customer service is not very helpful and do little to resolve or expedite resolution. I also experienced delivery issues multiple times within a 3 months enrollment plan. My medication was delivered to the wrong address multiple times. Reshipment of meds took a month to replace and took constant follow up. Still experiencing delays with filling refills. Will not be renewing my subscription. Highly disappointed!!!

    Item showed as delivered but never was received.

    The LifeMD app showed my order as delivered via FedEx. However, the date it was allegedly delivered was a Sunday and FedEx does NOT deliver on sundays. I never could find my item and my ring doorbell history from the 2nd showed no movement at the front door. (Yay me for paying for the video backup). So I’m currently dealing with FedEx and LifeMD on this issue.

    Customer service great

    So people see customer service is great and wonder why 3 stars. I started this "journey " on September 11th. It has been 47 days. While I haven't gained, I have only lost 6 pounds. I am going to give it another month. Everyone I have encountered has been extremely professional and encouraging. This is the reason for one more month.

    Semiglutide

    We started out great. The online Dr’s are great and I went for almost a year taking my injections and lost 40 pounds. Recently I cannot get my prescriptions on time, I frequently run out of semiglutide and have to skip doses. It takes days to get a response through the app. I will probably continue with a different company.

    Helped me lose weight

    I like that the program helped me get close to my goal. And the price was reasonable. I don't like that the maintenance program costs more than the base program. And there is less medication and doctors visits required. Plus, customer service was no help as to why. And didn't care.

    I have referral to family and friends to find out they try charging them over 100.00 more and it should be consistent makes me wonder if it's all about money. I won't refer anyone else. I also work in the medical field so could be lots of referrals.

    Lack of communication.

    This company feels more money based than anything. I’m out of my prescription and can’t get an appointment for 3 days, because the renewal button does not appear. They want to always increase your dosage.

    I was asking about renewing my membership but now that i was a member there isn't any discounts. So a person only gets discounts until they get you in then after that your chop liver. Little disappointed!

    Disappointed

    I started this with hopes of having a great support team and a practitioner who would monitor my progress. However, I feel like all I got was a money making deal with no support. I only heard from the NP the first day we met online and that was it. I never had another appt scheduled nor did anyone check in on me. Started having issues on the higher dose and concerns on the 'compounded' meds after reading some medical articles. Just really disappointed that people would allow others to inject themselves with random liquids and not do any follow up. Hence I cancelled.

    More expensive than most and lacks communication

    I had an issue when they sent me for bloodwork and then it took 7 months to pay the bill. They would promise to call me back with updates which never happened or that someone from the management team would call and that NEVER happened either. You can't get in touch with a provider unless you make an appt which is always weeks out, even though they say you have access all the time. Of course, they are on time with taking your management fees which are way more than everyone else. I will be looking for another provider for my meds.

    doing it since 2 months without any reduction of weight

    I am doing this now since a bit ore than 2 months. following all the recommendations from the doctors. The result I would say is frustrating. lost 2 lbs within the first 2 weeks then gained 2 lbs after that again after a few weeks lost 2 lbs again and now i am back this 2 lbs again. didnt see any positive effects so far besides having nausea, diarrhea and constipation sometimes since 2 months. For the very expensive program and the expensive medication costs is disappointing so far.

    Having to reorder every month when my account is already debited.

    I feel like if my account is already debited every month for my medicine I should at least reserve an email reminding me it’s time to reorder or a phone call. We all get busy with life and assume since my account has already paid for it it should be arriving soon. Then to only half credit me for a month I didn’t receive sucks! I’ll be looking into other companies!

    Bait and Switch

    As your dosage increases, so does your price. I have only increased my dosage 3 times, and the price is now $100 more a month. It should be one fixed price. I am very disappointed.

    Medication arrives above temperature limits from FDA, better use it they are not replacing it

    I contacted LifeMD after receiving my medication that I ordered and authorized. As soon as I opened the package on Friday, I opened it and reached inside the package to feel medication that was not cool, not warm, but HOT. I live in the south of the United States of America, the ambient air temperature before humidity the day it had arrived was around 97. The humidity that day was around 100%, and the real feel was closer to 115 degrees. I knew this medication was perishable. It arrived at my house at 2:20-2:30 on a Friday afternoon according to my ring camera and sat in the sun for 3 hours until I could get home from work. When I immediately pulled it inside. A sticker on the outside of the box from the compounding pharmacy states that this package is designed to be at 90 degrees for 4 hours only. So, I contacted LifeMD customer services, general support division. I stated the medication arrived hot, and I received a response on Saturday stating the replacement team would be in touch and expediting a shipment to me. I threw the medication away, thinking "Well they deal with this in the summer." I personally know living in the South I cannot order a Blue Apron, or a food prep box in the summer without it arriving spoiled. Monday Morning, or two days after I threw the medicine away, I received the most generic response ever. I honestly did not know what they were telling me, other than stating "...in March they switched to summer packaging." I have attached the image of the responses and discussion with LifeMD. I asked if they would still be replacing my medication and the short answer was only at my expense. The medication was safe for 24 hours after it arrived, regardless of the temperature of what it arrived at, regardless of the packaging stating it can be stored at 90 degrees for 4 hours before it goes bad. The ONLY way I would be getting replacement medication is at my expense. After I was already told it would be replaced 2 days prior. The packaging states it is not meant to be stored at this temperature, they wanted me to use this medication. If you get on the FDA website, the medication cannot be stored above 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Well, it arrived hotter than that, due to simple rules of deduction, my body is 98.6, the palm of your hand cannot be used to take take a temperature since they do not detect actual temperature well. You are taught to use the back of your hand to take a temperature. I reached into the box with the palm of my hand against the package and the FIRST thing I felt was HOW HOT it was. They stated again LIFEMD will not replace the medication because it was within 24 hours, and if they do it is at my expense. Regardless of what is safe as stated by the FDA, they WILL want you to use medication that arrives above the temperatures that the FDA states to discard the medication. It could be on FIRE, but it arrived in the 24-hour window, therefore corporate policy is that it is safe. This company ONLY wants your money, look at the other reviews.... TRUST them. The providers are GREAT, medication won't arrive or it will arrive the temperature of the sun. You get what you get, and you better not throw a fit because they do not care.... Corporate Policy states you must use that medication that has arrived above the safe temperatures.........

    Horrible Support Could not Cancel - Be Warned !!

    I signed up 9 months ago, but was never able to use the service and never had a consultation or a prescription . I attempted to cancel the account since I was not able to use the medication or service but was put on hold each time i called. After 15-20 min I was given a call back option at the current number or a new one. I selected the current number and the service hung up. I never received a call back. This occured for several billing cycles and I was never able to reach the support number succesfully. I was getting charged $387 for 3 months of service of which i have never used. When i attempted to cancel the account online the option told me i had to call the 800 phone number. I had to cancel my credit card used for payment stop payments to LifeMD which was a major problem as you can image. I still have not received any word from them and now i am being told I owe them for 6 months. This is a disaster as they disabled the cancel button and don't answer or call you back. Be warned. I am out almost $1500 dollars for something I have never used and have yet to hear from them. Be Warned!!
