Do not place your trust in them! I strongly advise researching their track record. They have faced numerous lawsuits related to fraudulent billing. My dealings with them over almost a year have been frustrating, as they persistently attempt to charge me for expenses covered by my insurance. Their assertion that the cost of the CPAP machine will "reset" with a change in insurance is ludicrous. It implies having to pay them all over again, as if previous payments didn't count. How is this not fraudulent? Most agents are unhelpful; perhaps 1 out of 10 is knowledgeable. Their attitudes are terrible, and they are often difficult to understand. A woman consistently calls me, threatening to send me to collections for a bill not even posted on my account. When I questioned her about it over the phone, she sounded confused. She then made a change and asked, "Do you see it now? So, how are you going to pay today?" without providing any explanation of insurance coverage or other details. She even claimed that the unposted invoice is past due for six months, but it was never posted. As a law-abiding citizen, this situation has caused an immense amount of stress, requiring me to sacrifice lunchtime at work to deal with them frequently. I don't mind paying my dues, but I won't allow them to scam me for costs I'm not responsible for. Imagine the impact on an elderly patient who struggles with navigating the internet or a smartphone. Terrible people! If your doctor works with them, request another company. Do not trust them, and don't give up; continue to fight and ask for details!

This company cannot be trusted, particularly in terms of billing practices that are misleading and lacking transparency. Their collection practices are deemed abusive, even when a bill hasn't reached its due date. The bills provided are incomplete, omitting essential insurance information. Additionally, they attempt to push individuals into the digital age by strongly encouraging automated credit card payments, potentially leading to loss of control and susceptibility to fraudulent practices. Senior citizens are advised to exercise caution and consider switching to another company promptly.

Alejandra showed great kindness

Alejandra showed great kindness and patience during my experience. However, my overall impression of Adapthealth wasn't great. It felt like a large company with long wait times on the phone. Alejandra made adjustments to the class to suit our needs, which was appreciated. She engaged with us rather than just giving a lecture. She took extra time to assist someone who had difficulty hearing and repeated herself in Spanish for another attendee and his daughter. Her compassion and consideration were truly remarkable.

Keith was awesome!

Keith was awesome! He discovered the first order was done wrong. The first driver went to the wrong place and had the wrong order. Keith fixed the order, delivered what I needed, explained everything, left me the booklet for my new concentrator, and gave me his number if I had questions. Keith was really nice and I'm very thankful. Thanks Keith!

Everytime I call Adapte they are friendly and supportive, always on time. I use the Centralia office and Stephanie is awesome, she's such a sweet lady, and I get everything I need right then and there.
