The company changed the price
by Hailey

The company changed the price of my meds and it's not good. Now, it costs a lot more. But DiRx sells the same pills for less. It's good they come in the mail. It helps me a lot.

terrible experience
by Matthew Molodecki

ordered 3 different times and meds took about 3 weeks to be shipped out. very slow.very inefficient. they took my order for 3 weeks and never filled it and cancelled saying that my other pharmacy said they had no refills when I had 5 refills at that Walgreens. they refuse to let you speak to a supervisor, so I'm working on contacting corporate and let them know that fort Lauderdale pharmacy is very uncaring and irresponsible with meds

The company made a mistake by charging
by T long

The company made a mistake by charging us thrice for my husband's medicine. After contacting them, we got one refund of $101.37, but they didn't receive the payment for the second charge on February 2nd. After disputing, we finally got the second refund yesterday. So, everything is sorted now. Thanks!

I tried a new insurance and my monthly meds now cost $90 for 90 pills, much more than before. Without insurance at the pharmacy, meds were over $350. DiRx sells the same pills for $20, they come in the mail without me having to go anywhere. Very helpful and glad I found them.

I've been using DiRX for two years
by Margaret

I've been using DiRX for two years now to get my medication. At first, I picked them because they had the cheapest price for what I needed. But what's really kept me coming back is their great service. Whenever I call, I quickly get through to a friendly customer service representative who's always ready to assist me with my orders, shipping details, or any billing questions. I definitely suggest giving DiRX a try.

by Anonymous

I'm really disappointed with the service from this company. They didn't tell me my automatic refill was out of stock until I called them 12 days later. Also, I didn't know I had to call to order my meds even though my doctor had already sent the prescription. They should let customers know when a medication is out of stock and fill prescriptions without needing customers to call.

Awful customer service. They
by Tom R

Awful customer service. They claim to use UPS for deliveries, but it's been almost a week since I ran out of my daily medicine. UPS keeps promising it will arrive the next day, but it never does. DIRX doesn't seem to care at all. They got my money, and the fact that UPS isn't delivering is not their concern. I strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacy.

Disappointed with DiRx. Prepaid
by Ray

Disappointed with DiRx. Prepaid for prescription, followed their instructions, but no pills after 3 weeks. "Dedicated" customer care provided only prerecorded ads, and the alternative number had the same result. Reported the scam to FTC and local authorities due to numerous similar complaints.

Impressive customer service!
by Anonymous

Impressive customer service! While facing a 7-10 day turnaround due to prescription transfers, DiRx promptly resolved order issues. The online ordering process had minor glitches, but their customer service clarified that as a new company, they're enhancing the system. They suggested using Internet Explorer, though it's not compatible with Mac OS.

Disappointed to find out my automatic
by KptnR

Disappointed to find out my automatic refill was unavailable only after calling 12 days later. Additionally, the need to personally call for medication, despite the doctor's prior prescription, is inconvenient. Improvements could be made by promptly notifying customers about stock shortages and aligning with doctors' prescriptions without necessitating additional customer calls for orders.

Delivery of a single medication
by Ryan Sam

Delivery of a single medication drags on for a month. Persistent misinformation about missing Dr's orders, despite me, the actual Dr, submitting them twice. Communication breakdown mars the experience.

by Leslie

I once praised DiRx to everyone, especially my fellow cardiac patients. However, my experience over the past 6 months has been disheartening. Communication has faltered, and essential medications are consistently backordered. My confidence in DiRx has dwindled, and unless there's a significant improvement, I won't be renewing my Annual Savings Plan in September. The company's reliability has taken a nosedive.

Before February 1st and 2nd, 2024
by T long

Before February 1st and 2nd, 2024, a 5-star rating was warranted. However, the recent experience with the company has been disappointing. While initially charging the correct amount for medication reorders, an unauthorized duplicate charge occurred on February 1st and 2nd. Despite providing evidence, the refund process took over a week for only one charge. The company denied responsibility for the second charge, insisting it was a bank error. This situation has soured our long-standing relationship of over 2 years. Such financial discrepancies are unsettling, especially for those on fixed incomes.

Placed an order for refills on January 15
by Bobcat

Placed an order for refills on January 15, but it's yet to be shipped; the website indicates it's still processing. The reliability that once defined this company seems elusive now, consistently encountering issues. It's advisable to place orders a month ahead to mitigate potential delays.

by Andrew Cochell

Unreliable service. While their prices may be attractive, DiRx fails to deliver on dependability. The experience with obtaining essential medications has been consistently disappointing, as there is no assurance of timely delivery. If you rely on a prompt supply, DiRx might not be the most reliable choice.

Man, what a headache dealing with DiRx!
by Nathaniel

Man, what a headache dealing with DiRx! Placed my order on Dec. 8, did all the right moves, called my doc, got the prescription sent pronto. Even shelled out 15 bucks for 2nd-day shipping 'cause I needed my meds quick. But guess what? As of today, December 21, my order's still playing the waiting game in "pending" status. Called these guys every two days, and all I get is the runaround: "We sent a request to the pharmacy team." No real action. On Dec. 18, they dropped the bomb – backorder for one of my meds. No heads up, no email, just BAM! Asked why the extreme delay, and they're like, "Oh, it's the first batch of orders." Seriously? Asked to speak to the manager, got voicemail, left a message, and crickets. My blood pressure's soaring, and ironically, I don't even have my hypertension meds! Lesson learned: Should've asked my doc about local pharmacies before diving into DiRx chaos. I get it, holidays and cheap prices might slow things down, but c'mon, basic communication isn't that hard. If you're relying on meds, DiRx might not be the stress-free solution.

Six weeks for meds?
by Donald Romano

Six weeks for meds? Are you kidding me? It's like waiting for a snail to finish a marathon. Doctor sent the prescription, and I had to twiddle my thumbs for ages. Not the speediest service, that's for sure. Hope they can kick it up a notch on the delivery front.

The cost was sweet
by Debra Allen

the cost was sweet, but the delivery time? Not so much. It's like they're on snail mode or something. Waited nearly a month for one prescription, and the second one? Well, it's been over a month, and I'm still twiddling my thumbs. Not the speedy delivery dance I was hoping for, that's for sure.
