They was very quick in repling to my emails, and the prices was reasonable. It took a bit long for the shipping tho, it came from British Columbia to US, it took 12 days in total. But I will buy from them again.

I get that there was a postal strike, but I didn't know

I get that there was a postal strike, but I didn't know about it when I ordered. I placed my order on November 28th, and the company was aware of the strike. They could have warned me about possible delays or offered another shipping method. I only got my order by the end of December. Considering the strike was happening, they should have provided other shipping choices or at least informed customers not to expect fast delivery. That way, we could have ordered from another place or been prepared for a delay.

The service is simple.

The service is simple. I don't like that you are not able to update your address once the order is placed. It feels very annoying and slow to fix.

Although they initially offered a full refund for the inconvenience, I was ultimately denied the refund. This lack of consistency in their promises and actions has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the overall service. It's disheartening when a company fails to fulfill its commitments and leaves customers without a resolution to their concerns.

Despite placing an order for lenses, I never received them, and to make matters worse, there was absolutely no communication regarding the shipping status. What's even more frustrating is that I never received a refund for the shipping costs, compounding the overall dissatisfaction with the service. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unsatisfactory experience, and I would caution anyone considering using this company to think twice before making a purchase.

Ordered contacts on November 12th

Ordered contacts on November 12th, and it's currently December 13th, but unfortunately, I'm still without them. It seems there was a hiccup when I provided my PO Box information. Somehow, the company misunderstood the need to leave the package at the post office, resulting in my package making its way back to Canada. Despite my PO Box being equipped to handle packages, it appears there was a bit of confusion on their end. Frustratingly, it feels like they can't quite get their act together.

I got an email saying they only had half my order, which was okay. I replied to cancel but got no response. I tried twice online, still no luck. Then suddenly got a shipping confirmation. Communication and service seem poor. I'll use the contacts when they arrive, but won't order again. It's frustrating not getting any acknowledgment for my messages.
