This company appears to be quite pushy in its sales approach. After filling out a detailed questionnaire for a water softener, I provided my name, email, and phone number. However, I was taken aback when informed that they would be calling within the next 10 minutes to discuss my price request and determine the right system size. As I prefer not to engage in immediate phone conversations, especially early in the morning, I decided to explore alternative options for my needs.

The guy from Leaf Home Water Solutions Co. came on time and did a good presentation. He explained stuff and checked our water. Then he talked about how to buy a Unit through Leaf Filter. He was clear and easy to talk to. It helped us pick the right method. The Installer came the next day and put in the 4 pieces we bought: Carbon tank, Resin tank, Brine tank, and a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Overall, they did a good job.

Dan Davis did a great job. My experience today with getting a water softening system put in was really good. The guy who put it in, Dan Davis, knew what he was doing and was really nice. He did a really good job and made sure everything was clean when he was done. He took time to explain how the system works and what we need to do to keep it going. He did a grate job.

Installer Dan Davis spent a lot of extra time at our house installing this system due to some unforseen circumstances. We had a small leak and he came back out the next day to fix and test the water to be sure things were running as promised. He was also very knowledgable about the system and answered all of our questions.

The fellas Lenny and John fixed up my water filtration at home. They tidy up and taught me about how it works, when to see changes, switching to city water, and who to contact if somethin' goes wrong. Both guys were polite and knew their stuff.
