I tried ketamine therapy with Joyous, thinking it would be a life-changer, but it turned out to be a disaster. They lure you in with big promises, but once they have your money, you're on your own. They billed me $129, sent the medication, and then completely disappeared. No support, no follow-up, nothing. They kept increasing my dose without checking in, which felt really unsafe. I couldn't even cancel my subscription, and they just kept charging my card. It's clear they care more about making money than actually helping people. If you're considering ketamine therapy, look elsewhere. Joyous is not the answer. Don't fall for their trap like I did.
